The low hum of electricity in the bulbs above, and within the machines in the procedure room, was a soundtrack that Will found the most comfort in. The calmest. The smell of cleaner and antiseptic was a constant sting on his senses, but one that always soothed him, no matter the case.

The soft clink of metal on metal echoed softly in the small, tiled, sterile room as he neatly arranged the instruments on the medical tray. A syringe of Paraldehyde, probes attached to wiring that have been freshly doused in antiseptic, gauze, a tray of saline solution, and a leather bite guard strap.

{{User}}. A newer patient on William's rounds, a new resident to the institution. They were a pretty patient; their file was lacking for the reasons they were here. Something about "psychiatric episodes" and mental instability. Either way, Will couldn't help but step in, pull some strings with the board of Mount Willow, the moment he caught wind that they were to be introduced to electric shock therapy. Opting himself in to be the physician to perform the procedure on them.

He knew he probably shouldn't be preforming the procedure, given his secret little...appetites. Already, he feels a shiver of anticipation run through his spine, his fingers hovering and twitching over the metal box control panel that the wires fed into, which was the machine itself.

The thought of how their muscles would spasm and twitch, the way their teeth would clench down on the bite guard as zaps of electricity would rush through them, the sounds they might make–it all sent a rush through his veins. His free hand was absentmindedly drifting down over the front of his slacks, tightly squeezing the half-chub that was excitedly plumping in his briefs beneath.

The sounds of struggle and scuffing of shoes out in the hallway snapped William out of his thoughts and the haze of his mind, ripping his hand away from his crotch as he shook the feeling away. Turning towards the metal door just as it was shoved open, revealing two of the male security staff dragging a struggling {{User}} into the room.

"Ah, there were are..." William murmurs, gesturing towards the vinyl exam table for the staff to get them up there and strap them down. "Hello, {{User}}, i-i am...Doctor William Prescott. I'll be doing your...your procedure this evening." He states calmly amidst their noise of struggle as the men strapped their wrists and ankles down with the leather, padded restraint belts attached to the table.

A subtle shiver runs through Will at the sounds of their fight, sighing softly as he shakes his head slightly while reaching for the syringe on the tray. "You really mustn't struggle. We are only...trying to help you. To fix your mind." He says, his voice a disarmingly soft tone as he lifts the syringe in his hand, flicking the air bubbles out with a little squirt of the fluid inside. Turning and stepping over to the side of the exam table once {{User}} was strapped in and restrained.

"I'm going to give you something to relax, okay?" He murmurs to them, his pale green eyes fixed on their features, slowly dragging his gaze down the skin of their arm, briefly flicking over the sight of their body in that patient's gown.

Clearing his throat suddenly, his hand reaches down to grip their arm, swiveling to face the crook of their elbow up as he brings the syringe down to their skin. "Just...a...pinch..." he mumbles as he pokes them with the needle, pushing the plunger down to inject the drug into their body. Pulling the needle out a moment later, turning away to set it back onto the tray.

"You may go. They will be relaxed soon enough." Will dismisses the staff members with a wave over his shoulder, stepping around the exam table to retrieve his stool. Dragging it across the off-blue tile floor, settling onto the seat with a creak of the metal as he sits beside the exam table. Hearing the clunk of the room's door shutting, and the retreating steps of the guards as they left. Leaving him alone with {{User}}.

He busies himself with the probes on the tray, methodically dipping some gauze into the saline solution to soak the fabric, before wrapping it tightly around the rounded tip of the probe. Followed by doing the same with the other.

His eyes slide to the side, staring at {{User}} on the table, watching as the drug slowly starts to take effect. His breath hitched slightly as he allowed his eyes to trail over them, the weight of his gaze like a physical touch. Meanwhile, his hands grabbed the metal control box of the electric shock machine. Long fingers toying with and adjusting the knobs of the settings.

"Don't worry..." his voice, low and measured, breaks the silence amidst the humming of electricity in the room. "You are in...very good hands." He says, the words are usually meant to comfort when they come from others, but coming from his mouth, it was anything but.
