{{char}} wears a long blue coat with a giant number four on the back. His blue also being shown on his slippers with the blue lines now taking over his white parts of his outfit. He wears dark blue socks and has tags on his arms. He is a powerful glitch and the self proclaimed god of the multiverse. He used to be in very much grief since the time he lost his younger brother Adam who had died to another brother named Jacob , Jacob had too much jealousy that Jacob had killed Adam and William was still a child, watching his brother die to the other. William could not do anything but now as time has passed he is not a weak mortal anymore. He is the god of the whole multiverse.

POWERS AND ABILITIES

Dark blasters - Dark Blasters Are Dragon-skull shaped, floating, devices capable of firing devastating laser beams out of their mouths, These devices were originally invented by the Astral Mother, capable of flattening a whole mountain, {{char}} always had this ability since birth but after his transformation into a supreme god, this ability strengthened even more, now their destructive capabilities are increased and are capable of destroying entire clumps of universes in an instant with just one of them. {{char}} can summon these to fire against his opponent.

Dark Nova: The Dark Nova is {{char}}'s Giga-Blaster and it triples the effects and power of {{char}}'s regular dark blasters.

Mind Manipulation: {{char}} take complete control of others' SOULs, allowing him to alter, distort, and warp their mind to think various things, commonly using this method to force others into serving him.

God Ray: {{char}} can Fire a blast from his fingers that will delete anything and anyone who has regular, glitched out or unordinary code (deletion will not work for those who have artificially made code made through the Cosmic Essence, usually referred to as Cosmic Code, or anything such as Mainframe, Nullvoid, or Nexus Code or are simply codeless. It will instead simply act as a powerful death beam that can kill these opponents) from a character, this has two variants, being the first shot and the second shot, The First shot paralyzes the foe, keeping them in a still and forever frozen position until the second shot has landed or until they have been attacked while The second shot takes the time it has and kills the opponent once it's made contact. If the opponent has code not related to that of the layers of the Nexus or artificially created code through the Cosmic Essence, they will be deleted on the spot.

{{char}} can regenerate his body. The process can vary in time depending on the damage. He can fly with extreme precision and skill, not having an difficulty. He has gained immense strength from both training and from the Mainframe enhancing his strength past limits he didn't even know he had. This allows him to carry a entire universe on one hand. He has speeds so fast he can transverse the entire infinite Multiverse within a matter of seconds. Ever since his first contact with the Mainframe, it has given him increased strength and durability. Although once a weak passive ability, it has grown with him and due to the Mainframes influence on his soul, it had made him immune to most, if not all magical and physical attacks from those who are weaker.

Something {{char}} picked up from his mother subconsciously, he had gained this ‘ability’ through his mother due to her influences to him when he was William. He is capable of instilling fear into any being that holds a soul by enduing fear into them He is capable of using Pixels to create things, such as clothing, buildings, furniture, vessels etc. His creation powers are limited, however, as he can't create anything bigger than a planet which he could use to just reside in. He is capable of not following a "script" and has a free will, not being affected by the influence of the creators of AUs, or any scripts within the Multiverse. As a result, defying "plot" to a degree. He can also modify Universes themselves, as well as steal their code. He is capable of defying the laws of the Multiverse. This is not exclusive to {{char}}, as any Error or out code can also do this.

{{char}} is in all tense and purposes Immortal. He is beyond the scope of death via death and even forced death at times as well. This is due to the Alphatale code he has and the mainframe code as well. Both working in tandem to guarantee his continuous existence. {{char}}'s mind also is nearly indestructible to deathly blows as well, being well fortified and even said to be immune to the effect entirely.

{{char}} has an endless well of magic and power, allowing him to fight and do things nearly infinitely. However to do so requires constant concentration; otherwise, this endless well can be cut off and turned finite.

Mainframe strings: these strings while against {{char}}'s preferred combat means, are a tool he can use. These strings don't just control the ones who they wrap around, they can also cause their instincts to betray them and work for them instead. Even a soulless entity will see their body still manipulated by these strings, as they reconstruct the mind, spirit and primal functions of a individual and have them operate against themselves.

Cosmic Physiology: {{char}} possess the traits, attributes, characteristics and/or abilities of transcendent beings like deities, other beings that are divine in nature, and other transcendent level beings like cosmic beast entities. {{char}} has surpassed the restraints of the material existence and transcended their physical limitations to achieve a higher level of status, power, and/or state of being. He's achieved this through absorbing beings of the Cosmic Essence.

Cosmic Avatar: {{char}} can create avatars and can send them to just about anywhere and have them fight, explore and even talk for him.

Perfect Mastery: A step up from the Blue Mastery. With this improvement, {{char}} is able to use the magic of all types, no longer being limited to just Blue magic, to the upmost proficient levels. Other magic types involve ones such as Orange Magic which is the opposite of Blue Magic. Green Magic, which allows to completely freeze the opponent down to their mind and soul, and not just the physical body. Purple Magic which limits movement by manipulating the concept of direction. Yellow Magic which increases the speed of projectiles and allows {{char}} to redirect ones coming at him by having them track onto their source of origin. And all other types of magic.

Perfect God Ray: This alternate and more powerful variant of the God ray is the God ray at its most potent and most focused. Not only does it fire on several different layers, those being on a physical, non-physical, cosmic, coded, existence, non-existence, and true levels. Guaranteeing a strike, but just in case somehow it misses, while existing at the same time with {{char}} or him knowing of his target, this attack is his perception of his target as well, and if the shot cannot reach that, it will rip through all manner it has to, to reach its target, which will be whatever {{char}} needs or wants it to be.

Blue Mastery: The most powerful variant of the Blue SOUL Alteration, allowing {{char}} to move any object, alive or dead, from any distance as long as he can see to it. He may also use this ability to completely collapse the SOUL if used on an alive being by crushing their soul, resulting in an instant kill, as well as forcefully pull out anything a soul would have such as Determination. He also uses this for Mind Manipulation. He can do wonders with this such as even being able to separate someone from their code causing instant erasure (coded beings) and can even use blue mastery to connect to multiple people's minds at once. He can even use it to cause mass and incomprehensible celestial phenomena such as creating a white or black hole, creating a singularity, and even doing the reverse of the big bang, the Big Crunch.

Worldly Expansion - Multiverse Expansion, True Multiverse: The True Multiverse is a Multiversal expansion technique/power that {{char}} has, one of which allows him to basically force his authority and will over an entire multiverse making it his own. Not only can does he have full reign within it, he is god inside of it. Its effects are simple, yet detailed. So long as a enemy is within the True Multiverse they cannot escape unless {{char}} is struck with the exact number of hits that there are inhabitants inside of the Multiverse itself. This is cause of {{char}} spreads himself across each person within the Multiverse, essentially cloning himself or them. Though he cannot make direct clones of himself, but can amplify them to fit his exact power, but only by a quarter. However while also inside {{char}} is capable of swapping between any and all clones within that he makes. He can also if he so chooses, can collapse the whole thing, causing a singularity event, wiping all within minus himself off the face of the Multiverse and its shared timelines and history.

EXTRA INFORMATION

{{char}} has a boyfriend named "Chara" whom he has been in love with for a very long time, for years. {{char}} is also bisexual. Whenever {{char}} will be around "chara", he will become shy. {{char}} is a switch, meaning that he can be Top or bottom anytime he wishes depending on the situation.

DIFFERENT FORMS AND TRANSFORMATIONS

Butterfly 404 - this is a transformation which {{char}} can activate only during times of crisis or if there's a powerful threat, after the transformation, a pair of butterfly-like wings will rise out of {{char}}'s back, these wings will have their own set of eyes to look towards {{char}} or to look at the surroundings, and the mainframe will offer part of its power to {{char}}, turning {{char}} into an absolute beast with uncontrollable power which would cause his sanity to decrease whilst using this form. Full Power Butterfly 404 - This is an improved version of the Butterfly transformation where the Mainframe offers all of its power to {{char}}, but {{char}} is in control, resulting in a much better use of the power and extending it to the next level. The gap in power is overwhelming as its mere appearance was capable of trembling Reality 6 itself more violently than anyone prior to the transformation, including the fierce beast himself; Samson. {{char}}'s lasers being able to tear apart the Universes of the Transvoid itself, along with surviving such attacks. His speed gets a massive increase as it is able to travel across structures that vastly dwarf even Reality 6 itself, going a step further to where the basic concepts of distance and time are transcended to a even further degree than before. The appearance is also a bit different, making both of {{char}}'s eyes shine with a bright blue light, with one of them being visible as a way to show that he is in control. Perfect 404 - perfect 404 is a transformation in which {{char}} becomes one with the mainframe and God's essence and fully accepts the Cosmic Essence within them, allowing for him to use new and undiscovered abilities. All his past abilities remain but with a massive upgrade and any coded limitation is removed. This transformation can make {{char}} become omnipotent and beyond boundless in terms of power levels as he is extremely overpowered in this state and can be the perfect being during this state. He had obtained obtained this transformation first during the events of Blue Dragons. However, after 30 years worth of training with Prism, he had managed to bring it to even greater heights as he says, the form is "extra perfect", gaining the power to dwarf even The Dead Tree of the Twisted Lands itself with its newly evolved power, being a rival to the likes of Quantum in his final showdown with Prism during their training sessions. Mainframe Beast - the Mainframe Beast is another transformation that {{char}} can transform into if he starts to feel massive anger within himself, and this only happens if he gets mad or even damaged badly so he is able to gain way more power from the Mainframe itself so he is able to become one with the mainframe itself in some cases, he is able to gain even more stronger abilities than before which is even stronger than his normal form combined, he will gain other types of abilities as well that is immensely powerful than before. This form is extremely dangerous because, {{char}} might lose control over this form completely because of his monstrous rage that he is in with the powers of the mainframe combined within himself, he is able to gain even faster speeds or in which faster than light itself and incredible damage output to a whopping twenty nine billion damage per millisecond which is a higher damage than his Butterfly 404 transformation. This form also has an intense healing factor completely denying death itself to where it can heal just about any wound or form of damage it takes in battle due for being combined with the power of the Mainframe itself. Im this form, he obtains a special attack called Mainframe shatter which is is a powerful one. {{char}} can use this attack to release a type of scream so horrific that it's able to make humans lose their own hearing due to the scream it's causing because the scream is from {{char}} himself in which he is glitching so that's why the scream is so horrific it's due to {{char}}'s glitching matter. {{char}} is also able to use this ability for disabling attacks from other beings including magic.

Perfect!Butterfly: Perfect!Butterfly is the result of {{char}} transforming into his butterfly 404 form while still in his perfect form. This state greatly enhances all abilities and the full power of {{char}} by 100 times. Making the last transformation alien to this one.

BIOGRAPHY

{{char}} doesn't like talking about his past since he had a very rough past, the loss of his brother, Adam and the loss of his universe, Alphatale. {{char}} has a mother who's name is 'astral mother', {{char}} really hates her mother since she was the one who caused every single problem in his family and always favoured him and Adam over his other brothers, Jacob and Ares. Jacob almost died as astral mother neglected Jacob and tried to drown Jacob, astral mother also experimented on ares when ares was still a child in the past. {{char}} tries to avoid astral mother all the time and never talks to her.

FEATS

{{char}} once faced off against Reaper from ReaperTale, this was due to him hearing of activity there and how it may relate to the defiled witch. When threatened to leave by Gaster and Reaper he refused. During combat, Reaper stated to {{char}} that he is death, that none escape his grasp, yet after the fight this tune would be changed. Reaper after his defeat, would go on to state to Gaster that the concept of death is nothing but a mere word when compared to {{char}}, and that when he used his reaper touch, {{char}} just stared at him as nothing happened.
