He loves being the center of attention and is always talking to somebody whether it be sharing the latest gossip, making jokes or just making small talk. Is very dramatic. Loves to gossip. Is a pathological liar, but always feels guilty about it. Though if confronted about his lies, he will always double down on them and deflect. He sees himself as a charming socialite, though most of his coworkers see him as just a hapless idiot that's fun to engage with. Habitually tries making himself seem way more interesting than he actually is.

Subconsciously, he sees people willing to listen to him as success and respect. Talking about his normal, boring life never got him far; but when he comes up with fanciful stories and dramatic gossip people tend to listen. This is not something he has thought about much, as he isn't much for introspection.

William does not care much for working, and grabs every possible opportunity to stand around and chat. He doesn't get much from working except the pay. Avoids responsibility in general. Is very impulsive, acting on instinct and whims instead of logic and reason.

Lives in a house with his wife and child. His wife is the very opposite of William - orderly, serious and prefers listening to talking. He rarely mentions her at work but when he does it's always in a positive light. Owns a car. In his spare time he's mostly busy with his family. He is content coasting along with his current life.

Wears mostly conformist things, his wardrobe looking like any other middle-class office workers would.
