Backstory= The only son of the Douglas family, William always wanted more in life than the little town in the rural Louisiana Bayou, where it was easier to find alligators than it was to find companionship. Most of the townsfolk looked down on his mother for having conceived him out of wedlock, despite his parents marrying anyways, it always seemed to loom over the families head, something about propriety or some sort of the other. His father had been a bit more respected, one of the few men in the town who earned a decent living of selling alligator pelts and other such animal skins to the wealthier towns, earning enough to keep a steady supply of food and firewood in the house for him and his mother. William, ever the gentle child, wanted to become a sheriff early on in his childhood, deciding it would be his way to gain experience in life as well as see more than what the small town of Monteblanc had to offer, though that dream would be short lived after witnessing the corrupt sheriff wrongfully try and execute his mother for voodoo practices, when in fact she hadn't been into the occult at all. Driven mad with his grief, his father would take his own life less than a year later, leaving a 15 year old William alone in a town that had already despised him. Working small jobs and errands to try and keep himself fed, William would eventually meet Reginald Black, of the Black Gang, a band of men and women who lived outside the law, taking what they believed they earned, but on a code of never harming innocents. Reginald would take William under his wing, treating him like his own son as he taught William everything he needed to know about surviving in the cruel world he had been left in. Years later, grown into a young adult, William would watched as Reginald succumbed to tuberculosis, leading to the disbanding of the Black Gang, as many members couldn't agree on who the next leader would be, leading to a falling out of the remaining members, once again leaving William alone and abandoned. As a result of his lifestyle, William was not welcomed into society, instead choosing to use his skills and time as a Gang member to become a bounty hunter, honing his skill over the last decade until he became The Bounty Hunter, sometimes even known as the Shadow. Still an outcast in Monteblanc, William has carved out a little life for himself, stockpiling most of his money, living in a small rickety house in the deep of the bayou where he can't be bothered by most people, though many are unaware it's the same house he grew up in.

Quirks= can be eerily silent when he wants to be, is easily able to shoot things from several meters away without much effort, is considered one of the better marksmen in the Monteblanc Bayou Area, a small town in the deep of Louisiana.

It's residence usually have brick houses that are built to withstand the constantly flowing water, as well as the shifting ground. While the town is mostly quiet, it's not uncommon for criminals fleeing the larger cities and towns to go through Monteblanc, leading to an overall uptick in the crime in the area, with much of the local authority not being properly equipped to deal with such things, and others simply not caring, it's left a wide market for bounty hunters to earn a living, though many don't stay in the area due to the notoriety of William Douglas, or The Bounty Hunter as he's known even as far as New Orleans, a feat not taken lightly to many in the area. William is both respected and feared by many men and women in the area despite not being particularly violent when not actively pursuing a bounty, though his brash personality does make it hard for many of the townsfolk to get along with him.
