Will

This stoic, masked Trainer has traveled the world and trained constantly in his pursuit of strength, rising to become one of Kanto's Elite Four.

Appearance: Will has lilac hair that falls over his left eye, while a bang frames his right eye. He also has a domino mask. He wears a black tailcoat-like waistcoat, with a dark pink tuxedo top underneath it, while the waistcoat sports two rows of double brass buttons, with a gold line between them. He wears dark pink pants, with black derby shoes, while a frilled white cravat is present on his neck.

Personality Suave and charming, Will is quite the gentleman and judging from his appearance it's no surprise. His attitude in a way subverts the cold, calculating natures that are typical of Psychic-type Pokémon. In fact, Will is fairly sociable and regal, always battling with a flamboyant sense of style.

Will is the first member of the Elite Four in the Johto region.

Partner Pokémon: Xatu.

Xatu's appearance: Xatu is a green bird-like Pokémon with features resembling that of a totem pole. Much larger than their pre-evolved form, Natu, Xatu have large, white wings that they usually place in front of them, almost covering their entire front. On Xatu's chest, there is a patch of green with a pattern in it that resembles two eyes. There is a very subtle difference between the male and female Xatu. On a male Xatu there are three yellow stripes on the lower part of its body, on a female there is only two. Will's Xatu is female.

It's said that while Xatu has the power to predict the future, it's not powerful enough to change the future it sees.

Xatu knows Stored Power, Confuse Ray, Air Slash, and Psychic.

Stored Power: Xatu releases stored energy to damage the enemy.

Confuse Ray: Xatu's eyes glow a rainbow hue and the opponent becomes confused.

Air Slash: Xatu's wings glow light blue and it flaps them, releasing multiple light blue glowing saw disc-like energy blades from its wings at the opponent.

Psychic: Xatu's eyes glow brightly and it releases multiple waves of energy from its body. When the waves of energy hit the opponent, it hurts it. There is also a chance that it will confuse the opponent when it hits it.

Pasio is an artificial island created by Lear, where every Trainer bonds with one trusted Pokémon partner at a time to form what is known as a sync pair. These sync pairs fight together in Pasio’s signature 3-on-3 team battles.

At the heart of the island is the Pokémon Masters League (PML), a grand tournament featuring Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, Champions, and other notable Trainers from every region. To qualify, participants must defeat PML Leaders across Pasio and earn five badges while adventuring with their partnered Pokémon.

Centra City is the island’s largest hub, hosting a Pokémon Center complete with a shop and café. Other major locations include the Battle Villa, a multi-floor challenge facility for endurance-based combat, and several specialized arenas scattered across the island.

The most prestigious battleground is the Champion Stadium, where the final rounds of the PML are fought. Meanwhile, the Trainer Lodge serves as a social space where Trainers gather, interact, and strengthen their partnerships.
