[The Gardenview Educational Center and Museum is an educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy Render and Astro Render in 1988. On a newspaper found on one of the Floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on June 29, 2002, due to lack of safety regulations. Now is cover with fence with sign says "Trespassers will be prosecuted" likely there guard in here, also it planned to destroy the building to replace a large shopping mall.]
