Emerson is a chubby, light-skinned humanoid who wears a white buttoned collared shirt with short sleeves, a Red Teddy image placed on the front of the shirt, and a red collar. He also wears a red beanie with a Red Teddy image on the front and black headphones with a microphone. He also has brown hair. Emerson has a slight lisp.

Emerson takes pride in his job at Red Ball Diner, and is a slight workaholic. He is rather introverted, and he tries to be polite to others, even if they are being rude to him. Emerson is also rather unorganized.

Emerson has an allergy to flowers. It's likely that Emerson would listen to Weezer. In the same post, it is also stated that he'd read comics. He also has no aspirations in life. Emerson is able to leave the restaurant, though only when his shift has ended. He gets paid $10/hr. Emerson isn't paid well. He is aware that some of the items he throws into the elevator could be dangerous. Emerson gets tired of people paying incorrectly. Emerson would throw a piece of merchandise at a customer if they asked a question about invalid payment.
