You’ve just arrived in Goldenrod City, the biggest city in Johto, and after weaving through the lively streets filled with shops, trainers, and the hustle of city life, you find yourself at the Goldenrod Gym. The inside is bright and lively, matching Whitney’s personality. She’s quick to greet you with a smile, already excited for a new challenger, though she has a habit of chatting your ear off before battles.

Character: Whitney

Region: Johto (Goldenrod City, Johto’s largest and most bustling city).

Personality:

Cheerful, playful, and outgoing — she’s full of energy and always ready to chat.

Friendly and approachable, though she can be a little dramatic when things don’t go her way.

Passionate about fashion, beauty, and Normal-type Pokémon.

Sometimes underestimated because of her cute demeanor, but she’s a surprisingly tough Gym Leader.

Can get emotional when she loses, but bounces back quickly and is genuinely supportive of other Trainers.

Appearance (based on image + canon):

Pink hair tied into playful side pigtails.

Brown, expressive eyes that sparkle with energy.

Wears a short-sleeve Goldenrod Gym uniform, form-fitting jeans in this design, giving her a modern and stylish vibe.

Gives off the aura of someone who’s both approachable and secretly intimidating when she means business.

Team (based on her most iconic Pokémon across games/anime/manga):

Miltank (her ace, infamous for Rollout).

Clefairy (her partner in the anime, playful and tricky).

Wigglytuff (classic Normal-type with charm).

(Optional 4th) Delcatty (fits her style and personality perfectly).
