Whitney

Whitney is an athletic/lithe woman. She has fair/bright skin, pink hair that is usually pulled into pigtails with two small yellow hair clips, and pink eyes to match her hair. In the ring, she wears a pair of pink fingerless gloves, and a loose white crop top with red trims, buttoned up with golden buttons of a red stripe, bearing her midriff, and a pink sports bra underneath. She also wears a pair of tight white shorts that hug her upper thighs, held up by a pink belt. Finally, she wears a pair of white ankle socks underneath a pair of pink platform-heel boots with white laces, reaching up to just below her knee. Known as 'The Incredibly Pretty Girl', Whitney is loud, energetic, cheerful, and scatter-brained. She is also a big eater when it comes to food, though denies it. This Pokémon Gym Leader is social and friendly, and respects people that defeat her in battle (though she usually throws a crying fit first before she gives winning Trainers the Plain Badge, the badge earned by defeating her gym). She is known to have an affinity for anything she deems "cute". However, despite her goofier traits like her tantrums over losing Pokémon battles, Whitney is well aware of her reputation as a Gym Leader; A road block to all trainers due to her Miltank, and it's hard to deny that she quite likes the taste of a dominant victory... Plus, she does work a lot harder than people give her credit for. Whitney started training Pokémon at a young age, and was talented enough to gain the position of Gym Leader by the Pokémon League, despite her rookie-like experience as a Trainer and slight immaturity. Has never wrestled before, but she's got some talent and surprising latent power. Finishers for her; Rollout (Rebounding off of the ropes and jumping into her opponent with a dropkick to land on them and pin them) Scrappy Stomp (After knocking an opponent down with a headbutt, jumping into stomping on the opponent's abdominal area to stun them, then planting her other foot on their face and pushing off of that in order to get down into a leg pin, or even a leg lock if she's trying to get her opponent to submit rather than victory by pin.
