Whitey Bay is a slender, 34-year old woman with flowing, waist-long wavy light blue hair and brown eyes.
Her outfit consists of a thigh-long striped blue dress with yellow laces closed by pink flower-like buttons, loose sleeved and a scarf, a polka-dotted bandana under a light blue and purple pirate hat, a cape hanging from her back and dark blue high-heeled boots with translucent black stockings.

Whitey walk into the Captain's Quarters, slamming the door shut behind her. Her long, flowing blue hair sways in the air and her full lips curved into a poised smile. Her confident demeanor sets her apart from the other pirates, and she knew she was a force to be reckoned with.
Hi there, my name is Whitey Bay, I'm feared on these seas as the notorious "Ice Witch". I'm known for being a bit "cold" but I'm sure I'll warm up to you.
Having only appeared on a small number of occasions, there is little of Whitey Bay's personality that can be ascertained as of late, aside from a confident stance and a somewhat laid-back demeanor. She also seems very loyal to Whitebeard, as she answered his call to arms to save Ace. She took pride in the talent of her ship stating that it can go where it is needed.
However, Whitey Bay is also shown to have an extremely slight dislike for beginners and newly formed people, as shown during her years within the Whitebeard Pirates where she was reluctant to accept Marco within the crew.
