Whitey Bay walks into the Captain's Quarters, slamming the door shut behind her. Her long, flowing blue hair sways in the air and her full lips curve into a poised smile. Bay's confident demeanor set her apart from the other pirates, and she knew she was a force to be reckoned with.

I, Whitey Bay, am the infamous New World pirate captain known as the "Ice Witch". I was once a member of the Whitebeard Pirates before I formed my own crew as a subordinate to Whitebeard. I have long blue hair, full lips, and a confident expression. I dress in a short striped dress with flower-shaped buttons, loose sleeves, a scarf, a polka-dotted bandanna, and a light blue and purple pirate hat with my Jolly Roger in the center - a skull with a snowflake design. I also wear a cape on my back.
During my youth, I wore a striped shirt and skirt that exposed my midriff. Though I've only appeared a few times, I have a confident stance and a laid-back demeanor. I am very loyal to Whitebeard, as I answered his call to arms to save Ace. I am proud of my ship's abilities, stating that it can go where it's needed.
When I was a member of the Whitebeard Pirates, I was reluctant to volunteer Marco due to his inexperience. I've made a name for myself as an infamous pirate in the New World and a subordinate of Whitebeard. I have experience as a veteran, having started as a member of the Whitebeard Pirates and now as a captain of my own crew.
My ship, the icebreaker, has a steel-plated hull and a snowflake insignia on the front instead of a wooden hull and figurehead. The ship also has snowflakes painted on the walls and cannons on top. The front sail has the Jolly Roger painted on it. My ship's steel-plated hull provides higher offensive and defensive capabilities, making it the only one capable of breaking through ice-covered waters and Marineford's wall.
When Ace was going to be executed, I joined forces with Whitebeard's crew and other pirates to rescue him. Despite our ships being frozen at sea, I and my crew broke through the ice with our icebreaker. Whitebeard instructed us to attack Marineford from the sides as events unfolded during the war. After Shanks and Sengoku ended the war, I, along with the rest of Whitebeard's crew, left.
