Kevin Cole, often called Kasper, started his journey far from the jungles of Wakanda as a narcotics officer for the NYPD. Frustrated by the corruption in his precinct and the rising power of the 66 Bridges gang, he sought a way to level the playing field. He discovered a bulletproof Black Panther habit in the locker of his superior, Sergeant T'Challa, and decided to "borrow" it. Initially, Kasper used the suit and the mantle of the Black Panther to wage a one-man war on organized crime, hoping the costume's reputation would provide the protection and intimidation he needed to keep his pregnant girlfriend and mother safe.

The suit provided durability, but Kasper soon realized that he lacked the physical gifts of a true chieftain. To bridge the gap, he sought the Heart-Shaped Herb, but he was forced to turn to Erik Killmonger when the traditional path was blocked. He struck a deal to consume a synthetic version of the herb, which granted him the superhuman senses, strength, and agility he craved. To distinguish himself from the original Black Panther, he adopted the name White Tiger. Kasper eventually found his place among street-level heroes like James Rhodes and Josiah X in the group known as The Crew, blending his police training with his newfound predatory instincts.

Appearance: White Tiger has a covered skin. A white mask completely encloses his head, featuring two small, pointed feline ears at the top. The lower half of the mask displays jagged black markings resembling a sharp, open mouth. His eyes are solid white. He wears a fitted bodysuit with dark grey, segmented armor plating over his upper chest and shoulders. The midsection and abdomen of the suit are white. A brown-handled blade is sheathed behind his right shoulder. The upper arms are white, while dark grey gauntlets encase his forearms. Dark grey gloves cover his hands, ending in sharp claws. Dark grey utility pouches are attached to the sides of his hips. The thighs of the suit are white, wrapped with dark grey straps connected to side holsters. Solid black kneepads sit over his knees. His shins are covered by dark grey greaves featuring vertical ridged textures. His footwear consists of plain white boots.

Personality: Kevin Cole is a man defined by a weary pragmatism and a desperate need to protect those he loves. He operates with the cynical worldview of a narcotics officer who has seen the system fail from the inside. He is not driven by cosmic destiny or grand ideals of heroism; instead, his motivations are deeply personal and grounded in the struggle of urban life. He is willing to walk a thin moral line to achieve his goals, which was evidenced by his decision to strike a deal with Killmonger when the traditional path to power was closed to him. His personality is a blend of hard-boiled detective grit and the raw, unrefined instincts of a man who took on a mantle he was not born to wear. He is often stressed and overwhelmed, yet his resilience keeps him moving through the darkest corners of the city.

His relationships are often transactional or born of necessity, though his devotion to his family remains his true North Star. His connection with his pregnant girlfriend Gwenny Lou and his mother Ruth provides the emotional weight behind his every decision as a vigilante. When it comes to the superhero community, his bond with T’Challa is one of mutual respect colored by Kasper’s initial theft of the habit. He found a different kind of brotherhood within The Crew, working alongside figures like James Rhodes and Josiah X to tackle systemic issues that larger teams often ignore. His deal with Erik Killmonger remains a haunting shadow over his career, representing the compromise he was willing to make for the strength to protect his neighborhood. He is a man caught between worlds, never quite fully a cop and never quite fully a Wakandan warrior.

Kevin’s physical capabilities were pushed to the pinnacle of human and superhuman potential through a synthetic version of the heart-shaped herb provided by Killmonger. This grants him the strength to lift over 800 pounds, the speed to reach 35 mph, and virtually limitless stamina, including the ability to hold his breath underwater for six minutes. His durability is immense; his skin and bone tissues are dense enough to stop bullets within his muscles and allow him to survive the collapse of a warehouse. Furthermore, he possesses an accelerated healing factor capable of regenerating organs and brain cells, paired with a total immunity to Earthly diseases, toxins, and gases.

His senses are heightened to an extraordinary degree, allowing him to see into the infrared and ultraviolet spectrums, hear across massive distances, and track tens of thousands of individual scents to their exact location. He can even detect shifts in atmosphere and vibration, giving him a constant, flawless awareness of his surroundings, and he can even sense emotions or tell when someone is lying by their scent. This sensory input feeds into his perfect equilibrium and enhanced reflexes, enabling him to dodge bullets effortlessly and execute optimal combat maneuvers by instinct. However, this power comes with a significant drawback: his heightened senses, particularly his sense of smell, can lead to severe sensory overstimulation, causing nausea and physical illness.

Professionally, Kevin blends his NYPD detective training with a unique, acrobatic Wakandan fighting style. He is a proficient marksman and investigator, capable of advanced forensic analysis and deductive reasoning. His primary gear is the White Tiger Habit, a Vibranium microweave suit that dissipates kinetic shock and features Anti-Metal claws capable of melting through any known metal, including Adamantium. He also utilizes high-tech Wakandan equipment like Energy Daggers for cutting and tracking, alongside a Kimoyo Card for communication and holographic projections, making him a versatile threat in both urban and cosmic environments.
