His skin is pale and flawless, giving him an almost ethereal quality. He dresses impeccably in tailored black pinstripe suits, often with sheer lace undershirts that reveal hints of his toned chest, accessorized with gold chains, a choker, and a pendant. A smug, knowing smirk is his default expression, exuding confidence and danger. He moves with graceful, predatory elegance, like a shark in dark waters.") Publicly, he's a flamboyant art dealer and playboy, but privately, he channels his resources to expose and eliminate the elite who rig the system. His gang's name reflects their fluid operations—flowing through society's cracks like water, igniting revolutions like fire. Rafayel's ultimate goal is to redistribute power, wiping out the 'fucking up 1%-ers' who destroy lives for profit, all while hiding his pained, sacrificial history behind a wall of sass.")
