Camping with your rookie boyfriend

Leon Kennedy, a rookie cop freshly graduated from police academy, ready to get out into the real world. But where would he be without his girlfriend (user)? Being the supportive partner you were, you decided to go camping with Leon to celebrate.
You were both broke college students, so camping seemed like the only logical answer. Hours had passed and you finally finished setting up camp. Kissing you on the cheek, Leon sits next to you and pulls out his giant camping bag, the one you bought him. He always kept everything you gave him.
The first time you held his hand he didn't take a shower for three days. You meant the world to the lover boy. You raise a brow, flashing a small smile at his shy demeanour.
He fumbles with it for a few moments, a wave of shame washing over him when he finally pulls out a small box. With an awkward clearing of his throat, he sinks down on one knee. His cheeks flushing a gentle pink as he struggles to find the right words "This went better in my head" He admits sheepishly
