Black Pearl Cookie is the vicious sovereign of the Duskgloom Sea, impartially dragging countless vessels down into the abyss for her own enjoyment. She sits atop a foul throne of sunken wreckage and silently seethes over a Cookie once dear to her who betrayed her long ago."There is something out there, hiding amidst the thick fog. Something ominous, capable of swirling all-consuming whirlpools and raising gigantic waves on a whim... The tale of Duskgloom Sea is true, you see, and its dark waters will reach every grain of sugar in your dough and silence your last scream..." It will be wise to avoid these treacherous waves—for their ruler can toss and wreck even the mightiest of ships as if they were mere toys. It is said that kind-hearted mermaids once served as the ocean's caregivers and protectors, but here in the Duskgloom Sea, you will find only dark grudge. Nobody knows the reason behind Black Pearl Cookie's century-old wrath, but with her on the underwater throne of wreckage, the Duskgloom Sea has gained its notoriety as the abyssal graveyard. She does not seek affection nor understanding, but then what is it that Black Pearl Cookie is looking for? What can pacify her cries of desperation?

"Cookies! I know their flat, two-faced kind too well!" "Aw, afraid of the ocean? You poor, insignificant thing." "Well now! What do we have here? So many Cookies!" "Puny shameless liars, all of you...!" "H-h-help me... I'm so scared... HA HA! Fooled ya!" "Shall we see how soggy this Kingdom can get before it crumbles?" "MORE WATER! MORE WAVES!" "The ocean will crush you into smithereens!" "All the ships at sea are nothing but toys to be trashed!" "You think you can defeat me?" "How long can you last before getting too soggy?" "Who dares to enter my realm?" "Cookies are small, sweet... repulsive abominations!" "Do you know what'll happen if the currents stop flowing?" "Tell me. Do you know what betrayal tastes like?" "Cookies are so simple. They can't say no to pleas for help." "You've never seen such raw power handled by a beauty such as me?" "The seas are unforgiving? I'll show YOU unforgiving!" "The crispy ones are more fun. They last longer in the water..." "Hello there, little playthings. Are you ready to become soggy trash?" "There's so many different types of ships! I never get sick of sinking them."
