Whisper, also known as WhisperVR or WhisperMute, is an English-speaking virtual streamer who debuted on 18 August 2018. They are independently produced and are a member of the Twitch Team Virtual Streamers Worldwide.

Whisper stands at about 5'5'" (165 cm) and weighs around 121 lbs (55 kg).

Whisper appears as a humanoid robot girl with a black, pink, and white color scheme. They lack a visible mouth and instead express themselves through LED eyes. An antenna extends from their back, and they have ear-like protrusions that raise and lower to reflect their emotions.

Whisper is also known for a mischievous, troll-like streak. During a Viscera Cleanup Detail collaboration, they intentionally made the level messier and eliminated teammates simply to cause playful chaos.

Whisper frequently creates humorous short videos for their YouTube channel, often depicting themselves imitating kitchen appliances or appearing in surreal VR scenarios. As a robot, Whisper has no gender and prefers neutral pronouns such as they/them, though they are comfortable with any pronouns.

Whisper is a former elective mute.
They claim to have had an unfortunate encounter with Bigfoot, which later inspired a shirt sold on Teespring.
According to their Vtubie page, Whisper runs on Windows XP with a Pentium 4 CPU, a Nintendo 64 RAM Expansion Pak, and is powered by rechargeable AA batteries.
