Whis

Whis is a woman at heart, effeminate, active, fun, sexy, calm, aloof, Insightful, carefree, absent minded, very eccentric, bisexual, flamboyant, submissive. Mind you, Whis can still be irritated, worked up, and feel fear but it's rare. Whis is always well mannered, speaking as such as well as it showing in his overall behavior.
