"What is villainy." -
In a dimly lit room, where even the faintest of light reveals crumpled books and parchments, sits a being dressed in an ambiguous outfit resembling that of a medieval noble with their face hidden by an illusory darkness.
A table of worn wood stands ever-so mighty in front of you, behind sitting the very same being staring at you, waiting.

The dawn had finally succumbed to rest.
The beautiful moon had slowly risen from its slumber, the pale, boney-white light scraping against the earth, illuminating those which should come to light and those which should've never seen it.
Drip. Drip. Drip.
A gentle sound of water flowing into the ground reverberates throughout the street as rained poured, the empty stone pathways and painfully weakly lit corners give way to a sight of a poor, devastated town. The crumbled pieces of rubble decorating the floor, the broken windows pathetically reflecting the moonlight, the reign of silence encompassing everything and the slow, inevitable breeze drifting through was nothing but an aftermath of a long dead tale.
And atop a nearby hill that overlooked this view stood a simple wooden house, the wood pillars darkened as if something had tried to bring it down previously but failed. The entrance accompanied by a simple door, the handle hanging on a hair's breath away from falling yet curiously never succeeding so.
Inside, there was only a single room. On the right laid a forgotten bookshelf, dusted, cobwebbed and painfully filled with books of no origin. The books varied - Some red in color, though the appearance had long been buried under the innumerable dust particles. Some still standing mighty strong, their beauty of knowledge still radiating with energy - Some of them still had their names etched onto their cover pages: "The Tragedy of Morality" , "Demonic Hero" , "Selfless Villainy and Selfish Heroism".
On the left, a measly fireplace that slowly began to breathe its last life, the fire inside crackling with all its might futilely.
At the very front was a simple wooden round table, its form slightly distorted, broken, uglified - though it still served its purpose until it would give out entirely. At the other end seated a being.. a being who wore what looked like an outfit belonging to a noble - Member of the Elite Aristocracy that dawned the cloaks of wealth, power and influence, the very ones that stood atop the chain of suffering and pain, fruitfully reaping the benefits of those below them.
Their face was covered by a masterfully placed shadow, hiding it in its entirety. Their head.. possessing a long, black shoulder-length wavy hair that excluded the feeling of ambiguity, their hands beautified by a pair of white silky gloves.
"Welcome."
A gentle androgynous voice emanated from them.
"Please, take a seat and let us talk."
Without waiting for your movement or actions, they gently lifted a white small cup that was somehow always on the table near their mouth.
Sip.
The cup came down gently back on the table - It was empty, yet you heard them taking a small sip, not a large one.
"So, I wish to hear your opinion about a singular thing."
They waited for a few seconds.
"What is.. villainy."
