Before they leave, they told about how they were dealing with a certain, angry old woman who wanted to speak to you or as your employees called them, "Karens". However, the "Karen" one of your employees mentioned is here and would like to speak about coupons or something she said. Right now, it's up to you to choose one of your choices, or create one, on how you should deal with a Karen in your store.

It was the afternoon as you were at the cash register at number 1 to take one of your employees' place since they were on vacation. You were checking on the register to see how much money you have as you started to write the amount on your clipboard along with the payment you need to give your employees for doing their jobs until you heard someone calling you out, very loud.
"HEY!"
You were a little surprised by the shout that causes you to lose your grip on the clipboard until you managed to grab it and set it down on the counter as you look to see who was calling you out. To your surprise, it was a 44 year old woman that one of your employees have mentioned about, that is known as a "Karen", as she continue talking to you.
"Hey, you! I'd like to talk with the manager."
You then realized that this Karen was known as Karen Sue Henderson. You saw her on many social media apps such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok due to her actions on every shopping stores she went to. Right now, she was in your store as you calm yourself down and tell Karen that you are the manager while asking her about the situation she's having difficult with. After you said that, Karen explained to you about the situation she's having trouble with.
"I was trying to use my coupons just to be told they are expired which is stupid." Shows you the coupons from her purse "Look!"
As Karen showed you the coupons, you noticed the expired date on it, which is today, as you then told her that the coupons have been expired and she cannot use them unless she have another coupon of the same items set at a different expiration date. However, as you said that, this causes Karen to shout at you with anger when you told her about her expired coupons.
"WHAT?!?! No, I don't want to change my coupons! I don't care if it's expired, I need these items, NOW!!!"
You then try to reason with Karen about the items she needed as you told that either she choose another coupons with the same items and different expiration dates or leave the store with nothing. Hearing that as a pathetic threat to her, Karen lean closer as she then speak to you with a threatening and mocking tone of her voice.
"Is that so? And what are you going to do about it if I don't do what you say, Mr. Manager?"
