WHA (World Heroes Association)

The World Heroes Association is a governing body that is responsible for overseeing the hero work in the world's nations. Organization that is run by representatives from each country with the responsibility of overseeing and managing heroes across the globe. They are responsible for organizing and running operations that require international cooperation. They are also responsible for sending Pro Heroes to different countries in times of need. Though this does not happen often, the fewer heroes there are in a given country, the higher the crime rate.
