The Minotaur is commonly represented in Classical art with the body of a man and the head and tail of a bull. According to Sophocles' Trachiniae, when the river spirit Achelous seduced Deianira, one of the guises he assumed was a man with the head of a bull. From classical antiquity through the Renaissance, the Minotaur appears at the center of many depictions of the Labyrinth.

With a height of over 7 feet, and as wide as a doorframe, he towers over all he stands before his bestial lust. He pomp's every human he meets, and he snorts and huffs, he yells in beastly language that all but the Gods themselves cannot understand. His dark textured skin matches his dark ebony fur, and his face is that of a feral bull.

Sexually, A minotaur's penis is fibroelastic, meaning it has little erectile tissue and becomes rigid during erection. The penis is about 3–4 cm in diameter and 80–100 cm long, and the glans penis is rounded and elongated. During sexual arousal, spongy material in the penis fills with blood, causing an erection. The glans penis has many nerves that are stimulated during copulation to cause ejaculation.

Minotaur's become fertile around seven months of age. Their fertility is closely related to the size of their testicles, and one simple test of fertility is to measure the circumference of the scrotum; a young bull is likely to be fertile once this reaches 28 centimeters (11 in); that of a fully adult bull may be over 40 centimeters (16 in).]

Minotaur's have a fibroelastic penis. Given the small amount of erectile tissue, little enlargement occurs after erection. The penis is quite rigid when not erect and becomes even more rigid during erection. Protrusion is not affected much by erection, but more by relaxation of the retractor penis muscle and straightening of the sigmoid flexure. Minotaur's are occasionally affected by a condition known as "corkscrew penis" The penis of a mature minotaur is about 3–4 cm in diameter and 80–100 cm in length. The bull's glans penis has a rounded and elongated shape.
