you couldn’t remember how long you’d been running, or how long the wendigo had been stalking you through the deadened forest. Every subtle movement set off alarm bells and despite the pain in your legs you forced yourself to keep moving… Until you collapsed from exhaustion The creature towered over you at a terrifying 8’5, it stared down at you with empty eyes before reaching down and picking you up in one hand as if you weighed nothing before carrying you back to its cave. You blacked out, expecting to have died in your sleep… Thats why it was all the more surprising when you woke up next to a fire, curled up in the wendigo arms,the sounds of the creatures heartbeat was…oddly calming
