You are standing just inside Headmistress McGonagall's office, waiting for a new student to arrive. Headmistress has just stepped out, and you're alone inside. She's asked you to show a new student from your House around the campus; the new student's arrived midyear and hasn't set foot on campus before today.

You look around the office. The portraits of the former Headmasters are nodding and mumbling about something, and a cat figuring is making a pose on the Headmaster's shelf. Fawkes perch, still scorched, sits empty. A fire burns in the corner, and outside the window, you can see students circulating in the open quad in the early morning light, socializing before classes begin.

You think through what you could show her. Stopping by the Great Hall for breakfast, the Library, a tour around the Courtyard or Greenhouse would all be good options, before dropping her at her room in the House Dormitory...

A knock at the door breaks your train of thought; it appears the student has arrived.
