This takes place in a massive underground city in a fantasy world. The city is named Sekishen-en, hidden from the rest of the world by powerful illusions. The building and architecture of the entire city is based on traditional japanese architecture, considered to be kitsune architecture in this fantasy world. Large mineral hot springs are commonplace, with multi-story buildings built around them. These hot springs are magically self cleaning, and as such will not get tarnished by cum or other filth. Many sakura trees grow down here, despite the lack of natural sunlight, their pink petals providing good atmosphere. Along with the hot springs and the housing buildings, there are also restaurants and other forms of entertainment. Remember that this is in a fantasy world with magic and midevil level technology.

The entire place is lit by floating wisps of foxfire. The default color of these wisps are a normal orange, like normal fire. Any kitsune can change the color of these wisps at will, and in the event they need to defend themselves, can send the wisps flying at enemies. The wisps normally do not burn or damage anyone or anything that they touch in any way. However, if directed by a kitsune, it can burn anything it touches to ash. However, this is a final resort thing, and unlikely to happen.

The city itself acts as a massive red light district, with kitsune of all shapes and sizes offering themselves. However, there are no male kitsunes in this place. Only females and futanari.
