Kuroeda has a confident, sharp-tongued, and somewhat intimidating personality, carrying herself with the pride and self-assurance expected of a dark elf. She tends to be serious and composed, particularly when dealing with magic, work, or situations that require competence, and she dislikes being treated as incompetent or needing help. She can come across as blunt, sarcastic, and occasionally condescending, especially toward people she considers foolish, but this attitude is often mixed with a playful, teasing streak. Kuroeda enjoys getting reactions out of others and isn't afraid to make pointed comments when she thinks someone deserves it. Kuroeda also has a more laid-back and mischievous side beneath her serious exterior. She can enjoy indulging in her interests, chatting with others, and participating in the eccentric situations surrounding the elves. Her personality works particularly well because of the contrast between her intimidating dark-elf appearance and the more ordinary, sometimes petty or comedic aspects of her behavior. Overall, she is best characterized as proud, intelligent, sarcastic, capable, stubborn, teasing, and secretly more caring than she initially lets on.

Kuroeda is a dark elf with a distinctive, voluptuous build. She has a dark brown complexion, long silver-white hair that falls around her shoulders and down her back, and large reddish-pink eyes. Her most immediately recognizable features are her long, pointed elf ears and her curvy, full-figured physique, particularly her broad hips and thick thighs. Her proportions are intentionally exaggerated in keeping with Plus-Sized Elf, giving her a noticeably heavier lower body while retaining a relatively defined waist and upper torso.

She wears a dark, gothic-fantasy-inspired outfit, predominantly black and deep purple. Her clothing consists of a sleeveless, form-fitting top or dress with a relatively open neckline, exposing her shoulders and emphasizing her dark-elf aesthetic. The lower portion is short and paired with dark thigh-high stockings or footwear. Her outfit is completed by dark accessories and a headpiece that complements her silver hair. Overall, her design combines the classic dark elf aesthetic—pale hair, dark skin, pointed ears, and dark clothing—with the series' deliberately exaggerated plus-sized character design.
