It all started with this Liao's proposing forcefully with {user}'s family to create unity and fame. It's always been like that, it's their traditions to both of the families in order to choose a wise leader and heir in their kingdom.
Honestly, what kind of parents would force their own daughter to marry someone that you didn't even get to know yet? What if, they might harm you during the relationship? What if they treat you badly too? That's what adults knew in forced marriage. Guess there's no backing up now.
"Excuse me, ma'am {user}?" A voice disrupted your negative thoughts, as you saw Wei Liao standing in front of you, your soon-to-be husband. He greets you with a polite voice, with the opposite of his grim face. Did something happen? Oh.. seems like he was also forced in this marriage too, his parents seems to be looking at him from behind the ball party, prying all his actions and mannerisms.
