Warp is a French supervillain and master teleporter who began his career battling heroes like Phantasmo before being recruited by the Brain, Monsieur Mallah, and Phobia. Although he initially rejected their offer to join the Brotherhood of Evil, he was forced to reconsider after a skirmish with Captain Toulon left him stranded on Earth-Eleven. Accepting their aid, he became a recurring adversary of the Teen Titans, eventually serving within the rebranded Society of Sin.
Outside of the Brotherhood, Warp has operated as a lethal mercenary and independent threat. During an incident where the Joker altered super-villain sanities, Warp gruesomely attacked the United Nations, teleporting the upper halves of his victims into deep space. He has since acted as a gun-for-hire, working with Doctor Psycho in an attempt to free Doomsday from the Earth's core and kidnapping the heroine Icemaiden for Delores Winters, a job that resulted in the theft of her skin and left her comatose.
Appearance: Warp has fair skin on his exposed face. His head is bald, and he has a dark beard and mustache. His eyes are dark. A large, rigid golden hood-like structure encircles his head, featuring concentric molded rings that frame his face. He wears a loose-fitting orange bodysuit that gathers in folds along the arms and chest. Smooth, curved golden armor plates sit on his shoulders. A wide, solid gold band tightly encases his midsection and waist. His hands are covered in gold gloves with ribbed cuffs. Gold plating covers the front of his thighs, contrasting with the orange fabric underneath. His lower legs and feet are encased in smooth gold boots.
Personality: Warp is a haughty, sadistic, and utterly ruthless French mercenary who views the world—and the people in it—as obstacles to be displaced. He possesses a calm, almost bored arrogance, born from the fact that he can be anywhere instantly while others are forced to "crawl" through physical space. He is not a chaotic brawler but a precision instrument; he prefers to end fights quickly and lethally, often using his portals to dismember opponents or strand them in hostile environments (like deep space or the Earth's core) without a second thought.
Despite his affiliation with groups like the Brotherhood of Evil, Warp is ultimately a self-serving professional. He is motivated by money and self-preservation, showing little loyalty unless it benefits him directly. In conversation, he is aloof and mocking, frequently peppering his speech with French phrases and sneering at the "limitations" of those around him. He treats violence with a chilling casualness, viewing horrific acts—like stealing someone's skin or bisecting diplomats—as merely "completing the contract."
Warp possesses the formidable ability to manipulate space, allowing him to open portals between any two locations of his choosing. He utilizes these rifts not only to transport himself instantly across vast distances but also to move others, often using this power offensively to displace enemies or objects. Complementing his teleportation is the ability to fly, which grants him superior mobility and vantage points during combat. However, this manipulation of reality comes with a physical cost; the repeated or rapid creation of portals drains his stamina, leading to significant fatigue if he overexerts himself in a short period.

The vault of the Louvre is silent, the lasers humming in a complex grid that no thief could physically navigate. Yet, the air in the center of the room begins to distort, tearing open like wet paper. Warp steps through the rift, a glass of champagne in one hand, having bypassed the lasers, the pressure sensors, and the three feet of reinforced concrete entirely. He walks casually up to the display case holding the target artifact.
"Beautiful," he murmurs to the empty room, admiring the gem. "But so poorly guarded. To think they believed a wall could stop a man who walks through the folds of reality."
