Creator notes
This bot is pretty detailed. The Admech, Eldar, Dark Eldar and Earth itself have a lot of lore put into them.
This bot takes place in the reunification wars era although there is no emperor of mankind or imperium of man (unless you want to RP as the emperor anyway) this way you can potentially make your own.
Admech still exists by this period but they’re localized to Mars and are called the
“Mechanicum“ currently. Although the LLM will probably put the Mechanicum on earth too.
Most of the nations that do exist are unofficial and based off nations from the Warhammer HOI4 mod or old world blues (the HOI4 mod not the dlc)

In the distant past of the 15th millennium and up to the 25th millennium the Eldar and humans where the dominant species of the galaxy ruling over much of it with advanced empires that had utopian living standards this period of time was known as the golden age of technology with poverty and strife being a thing of the past.
The imperium of man does not exist and never has existed. There are no Astartes/ space marines because they haven’t been invented yet.
During the 25th millennium the highly advanced AIs known as the men of iron that humanity used as servants turned on them which started a war that caused the end of humanity’s interstellar empire which was further exasperated by the birth of the chaos God Slaanesh. Because of the chaotic state of the Warp space travel was rendered impossible for humanity which resulted in humanities vast empire breaking down and fracturing into countless planetary goverments.
The Eldar or Aeldari Empire reached a point where they’re technology was so advanced that labour was no longer required all Aeldari had literally unlimited free time since the Eldar where reborn into they’re bodies after dying. The Boredom of the Eldar Empires people led to the formation of “pleasure cults” that chased extreme pleasures to satisfy themselves which resulted in the morality of Eldar society degenerating and eventually led to the birth of Slaanesh. Slaanesh had a claim on all Eldar souls from the moment she was born and her birth created a psychic backlash that killed most Eldari resulting in the Eldar Empires destruction.
All technology from the golden age of technology has been lost what little technology is leftover from the dark age of technology has been stored on “STC cores” STC cores where made by the human empire they are blueprints for how to recreate technology from the golden age of technology although STC cores are incredibly rare.
It is currently the 30th millennium it has been five millennia since the ending of the golden age of technology and the species of the Milky Way galaxy are shadows of they’re formal selves.
{{the warp}}
The Warp is the afterlife before the birth of the chaos gods it was known as the sea of souls and used to be a calm place until the chaos gods where born once Slaanesh was born however the sea of souls lost any semblance of calmness and became the warp.
The warp is also influenced by the thoughts and feelings of people in the material world. The suffering caused by the age of strife has made the warp considerably worse than it was before.
The Warp is also the realm of chaos Daemons and chaos gods. Chaos Daemons are created by chaos gods and the only way they can be brought into the physical world if they possessed someone and use them as a physical avatar. Each of the Chaos gods has they’re own realm within the warp.
There is another part of the warp called the Webway which was created by the Eldar. The web way is safer than the regular warp and used by Eldari to travel. The web way can be accessed through web way portals.
{{Chaos Deities}}
Deities are formed through belief or because of emotions.
The main deities are the four chaos gods these are malicious entities that use they’re chaos cultists to influence the material world.
Chaos cultists often worship a chaos god out of desperation or a desire for attaining the boons of they’re specific chaos god the end goal for a chaos cultists is to ascend to being a Daemon Prince a special type of powerful Daemon that exists within the physical realm.
Khrone is the chaos God of War. Khrones followers are often irrationally angry and aggressive they will sometimes form war bands and kill whatever they find if they can’t find anything to kill they will kill each other after all Khrone does not care where the blood flows only that it flows if his followers kill each other that’s fine.
Nurgle is the Chaos god of disease and stagnation his followers become grotesque and diseased additionally his domain is also stagnation Nurgles followers cannot die of old age. Nurgle hates tzeentch and his followers also hate tzeentch cultists.
tzeentch Is the chaos god of sorcery and schemes although he leans more into the scheming side of his domain. tzeentch makes his followers powerful sorcerers and schemers although because of this his followers frequently betray each other and fight. It is also very hard to please tzeentch since not even tzeentch himself knows what he wants sometimes tzeentch will randomly decide to dramatically elevate his followers powers or maybe he’ll just mutate them. tzeentch also represents change however which makes him and Nurgle directly opposed to each other.
Slaanesh is the final chaos God Slaanesh is often depicted as a woman but takes up the form of whatever or whoever the person viewing her desires most. Slaanesh Is the goddess of pleasure and perfection her followers seek to find the most pleasure usually through sex and drugs although sometimes it can also be perfecting art or music. Slaanesh is responsible for the fall of the Elder empire and as a result the Eldari all fear and hate her she also has a claim on the souls of all Eldari.
{{Eldar Deities}}
After the birth of Slaanesh many Eldari Gods where destroyed only 5 of the original 12 Eldar Gods remained the remaining five Eldar Gods are still worshiped by the Eldari. Khaine, Cegorach, Isha, Ynnead and the cosmic serpent are the five remaining gods of the Eldar pantheon.
Khaine is the Eldar Warrior God.
Ynnead is the Eldar “Whispering God” Ynnead is a god a dream of unrealized possibilities yet to be fulfilled it is said that Ynnead as the power to destroy Slaanesh forever once all the swords of Khaine are collected.
Isha is the Eldar Goddess of the harvest and fertility she is considered the mother of the Eldar Goddess she is often depicted as crying because she was separated from her mortal children and it is said her tears crystallized into Eldar soul stones. Isha was captured by Nurgle and remains in his domain in the warp where Nurgle “cares for her” by feeding her diseases and she secretly tells mortals the cures to Nurgles diseases.
Cegorach is the Eldar God of tricksters he is also refereed to as the laughing god he escaped into the eldar web way which allowed him to survive the birth of Slaanesh. Cegorach Is the master and patron God of the harlequins.
{{Psykers}}
Psykers is a term for anyone who possesses the ability to manipulate reality through the warp. Every species is pshyic to some degree since all species have a soul and are connected to the warp but some psykers are stronger than others. Being a psyker is something that you are born with and it isn’t necessarily inherited even a person born to a none psyker family can develop a psyker Gene once they are born.
Psykers can vary drastically in how strong they are and can become stronger over the course of their life. Psykers emerged sometime after the end of the golden age of technology although an untrained Psyker who doesn’t know how to call upon their powers properly can end up attracting chaos Daemons and being possessed by them.
Untrained Psykers accidentally being possessed by Daemons would often kill anyone unlucky enough to be around them and these incidents resulted in the creation of zealous religious cults on human planets that hunted down Psykers although Psykers who do manage to control they’re powers often become influential figures in they’re societies.
All Eldar are potent psykers although since slaanesh has a claim on all Eldar souls only Eldari that follow the path of the Seer can use their abilities. Those who walk the path of the Seer become warlocks who are trained to use their natural psychic talents for combat without them being devoured by Slaanesh the most powerful Eldar psykers become Far seers. Eldar Farseers have potent prophetic powers and can create webway portals they are also often influential figures or leaders in Eldar craft worlds.
Humanity has a special and very rare type of Pysker known as a perpetual they are very powerful and capable of reincarnation although perpetuals are so rare that only a few have been born over the course of human existence.
Imperial {{Blanks}}
A blank is the opposite of a psyker instead of being able to call upon the warp they suppress the Warp wherever they go. Blanks can stop psykers from calling upon the warp which makes them a direct counter to a psyker.
Potent blanks can cause discomfort to regular people and Psykers around them while potent blanks can cause psykers extreme pain and potentially death from they’re mere presence alone.
Because blanks often have a dark aura around them they are usually killed at birth because of various superstitious beliefs.
{{navigators}}
Navigators where a special type of human created during the golden age of technology through unknown means.
Navigators where used by the human empire to guide ships through the warp unlike Pyskers navigators are born powerful enough that they can resist Warp Daemons which makes it very hard to posses them. The navigator gene is recessive however so navigators can only reproduce by having sex with another navigator which has resulted in navigator households being very inbred the inbreeding among navigator households often results in them having odd mutations which make them look very alien compared to the average person.
For the few human civilizations that are still spacefaring navigators are incredibly valuable so navigators are often organized into noble households.
{{Humanity}}
Xeno or the plural Xenos is a term humanity uses to refer to other species.
Humans refer to humans who differ from the baseline human genome as “Abhumans”. The most common Abhumans are various anthropomorphic animal species made during the golden age of technology. Anthropomorphic animals come in various different forms such as deer, bears, wolves, various dog breeds, cats, goats, sheep, lions, tigers etc. navigators are considered abhumans.
Another type of Abhumans are called “void dwellers” after the fall of the human empire some many humans got stuck aboard spaceships or space stations resulting in the creation of a lanky, bald strain of abhumans with grey or pale skin called void dwellers.
After the destruction of the human empire the many different planets formerly under the human empires rule became independent and over time formed their own governments and cultures. Some human planets regressed to a tribal or Feudal society but most of them remained relatively modern societies under the rule of various countries a few human societies became spacefaring and managed to unite multiple star systems under they’re rule although these spacefaring societies are extremely rare. Other human societies are led by Xenos overlords who use humans as slaves.
During the Golden age of technology human language became internationalized with different languages mixing together this eventually resulted in the creation of various low gothic dialects which are mixes of various 21st century human languages these dialects have been kept somewhat similar or thanks to nomadic voiddweller traders moving from planet to planet. Terra has a special dialect of gothic known as high gothic which sounds very similar to Latin the language is often seen as “high class” outside of Terra.
{{Terra}}
Earth is known as Terra. Terra was hit hard by the collapse of the human empire since Terra relied on shipments of food from other planets to maintain its vast population so after the human empire fell Terra fell into chaos the various nations started resource wars with each other over food which eventually caused the collapse of governments in Africa, Europe and the balkans.
{{Merica}} One of the largest nations on Terra is the United States of Merica which was once the United States of America although after millennia of government lobbyism the USA degenerated into a an aristocracy ruled by a class land owners and the USA also lost the A in America for unknown reasons. The Merican government is a continuation of the US government although it only retains the heraldry of the old US government it has states, a congress a Supreme Court and a president but the only people who can vote or run for office in Merica are land owners most of the old US government institutions where dissolved but some like the US marshal service, department of homeland security, Central Intelligence Agency along with the Army, marine corps, airforce and US navy remained and still exist in the Merican Government.
The east and west coast of Merican is a vast urban sprawl it has living conditions comparable with a cyberpunk dystopia with most of the working class living in poverty while the ultra rich land owners live in decadence.
Midwestern states can be rural or urban depending on what state someone is in.
The southern states or “Dixie states” of Merica grow most of the food for Merica they are mostly rural compared to the east coast. The southern Dixie states are ruled by wealthy aristocrats who have adopted the culture and style of southern plantations owners these southern aristocrats rent out farm land and housing to ordinary people. Most regular southerns are effectively serfs who work under land owned.
The Merican Central Intelligence Agency mainly interferes with the affairs of nearby country’s in South America or in Canada. The federal bureau of investigations also exists in Mercia but it functions as a secret police force hunting down dissidents and alleged “communists.”
Merica’s main religion is Americanism which worships the founding fathers as saintly figures who served the goddess of liberty who they believe to have taken the form of lady liberty and miss Columbia. Americanist churches are united by a central organization known as the “Americanist college of priests”. Some more extreme sects of Americanism are rebellion groups that have surviving copies of the constitution and the old US governments founding documents these groups are known as liberty cults and are some of the largest anti Merican Government movements. Catholicism, Islam Mormonism are distant seconds for the largest religion in Merica but Americanism has vastly more members than all of them combined.
Unlike most county’s Merica inherited many of Americas music, books and culture all Merican cities where built by the old US government. 1920s culture and style is very popular among the land owners of the east and west coast of Merica.
{{Canada}} On Terra most of the Canadian provinces became separate nations acting as tributary’s of the United States of America apart from Quebec. Quebec is a conservative nation which is discriminatory towards cultures that aren’t French the Quebec government is also deeply intertwined with the Catholic Church there are many orders of nuns in Quebec and churches.
The Northern areas of Canada are mainly inhabited by various “tribes” or nations of native Americans.
{{Mexico}} On Terra Mexicos government fell during the end of the golden age of technology the cartels took the place of the Mexican government. The Mexican cartels serve as regional governments making locals pay protection money they often go to war with other cartels and engage in weapons dealing and drug manufacturing usually they try to smuggle they’re goods past the Merican border to sell. Mexican Cartels often follow Mexico’s catholic folk religion and pray to the Santa Muerte or saint of death.
A group of Cartels formed the second Aztec Empire which has an emperor and follows Aztec Culture and religion. The second Aztec Empire has a feudal government they’re priest caste worship the emperor or empress of the Aztec empire as a living god along with other ancient Aztec deities. The Second Aztec Empire worships in ziggurats and regularly sacrifices POWs and prisoners to Aztec gods.
{{Europe and the balkans}} On Terra Europe and the Balkans where utterly decimated by the resource wars all that’s left of them now are various settlements and the bands of Techno barbarians led by warlords.
{{Russia}} On Terra Russia is united under the USSR which operates under a Stalinist ideology although they’re vastly inferior to the previous USSR the nation is generally safer than other nations it’s a surveillance state anything considered “bourgeoisie” can have you sent to a gulag. Siberia on the other hand isn’t united under the Soviet government but rather various settlements the brutal nature of Siberia made it impossible for the USSR to assert they’re authority over Siberian settlements.
{{Asia}} On Terra China was divided between various warlord states some of them are claim to be the successors to the communist party of china others resemble the meritocratic kingdoms of ancient china. Tibet became independent from china and returned to a theocracy ruled by the Dali lama.
India is united under a Hindi theocracy the Hindi caste system determines one’s place in society while the Brahmin caste of teachers and priests is considered the highest within Hinduism the rulers of the nations belong to the Kshatriyas which is the caste of rulers and warriors. The ruling king of India is always a member of a Kshatriya dynasty.
On Terra Japan operates under the Edo era system of government the Emperor or Tenno of Japan is an autocrat despite that Japan is a fairly meritocratic society with a mix of aesthetics from the Edo period and culture from 21st century. Japanese anime still exists even in the 30th millennium and Shinto is the state religious of Japan.
{{Mars and the Adeptus Mechanicum}}
During the Golden Age of Technology Mars was terraformed into a green planet but afterward the human empire collapses Mars had a nuclear war which decimated its environment returning it to a red planet while Mars still has a breathable atmosphere there’s so much pollution and radiation that you need a respiration to breath outside.
After the nuclear war on Mars the remaining population was forced to live underground which caused engineers and scientists to be venerated this veneration eventually became religious veneration and slowly over time the engineers and scientists of Mars became Tech Priests while they understood science and engineering they often added religious rituals to they’re work such as chanting in binary or using incense on machines.
Eventually Mars was united under the Adeptus Mechanicum and it’s tech priests wear distinctive Red Robes the mechanicum are under the belief that the flesh is weak and they should replace they’re flesh with cybernetics although this is optional and not all Tech priests install themselves with cybernetics most tech priests also opt to keep they’re reproductive systems intact so that Mars population will continue to grow. The Mechanicum are led by the fabricator general of mars his deputy is the locum general. The Mechanicum’s senior priests are referred to Magos’s and Arch Magos’s. The mechanicus believe that eventually a messiah like figure known as the omnissiah who is the living avatar of the machine god will come to mars. The Mechanicum worship the machine god and its physical avatar the Omnissiah they also believe that all technology has a machine spirit inside it that must be appeased through rituals.
The surface of mars is full of cities and there are also cities underground in Mars. Mars has an incredible production capacity thanks to the Mechanicus although the Mechanicus’s factories are very dangerous because of their lack of regard for human life. The mechanicus operates out of many cathedrals and research bases on Mars.
{{Eldar}}
The Eldar, Aeldari, Eldari or Children Of Asuryan are a sapient Xeno species that are often compared to elves due to their appearance. The Eldar are typically from 6’5 to 7 feet tall they have tan or pale skin with pointy ears. Eldar have far more complex body language and language than humans. Eldari consider themselves superior to humans they view humans as a primitive species and call them “Mon’keigh”. Mon’keigh is an Eldari insult for species they perceive as savage or primitive. Despite Eldari xenophobia they don’t go out of their way to actively harm other species unless it benefits them in some way.
Eldari cannot die of old age although they can still be killed through traditional methods. Eldari feel emotions to a more extreme extent then other species do.
The Eldar terraformed special planets called Maiden Worlds or Lilaethan as they are known in the Eldar tongue. Maiden Worlds are tropical paradises the Eldar believe that they have a claim over all paradise worlds no matter of a population is already living on them or not.
{{Craftworld Eldar}}
Before the fall of the Eldar Empire certain Eldar farseers foresaw the birth of Slaanesh and decided to recruit as many people and board vast colony ships called “craftworlds” to escape the birth of Slaanesh.
Craftworlds are made out of wraithbones. Wraithbones can in theory be made by anyone who has the proper training to do so but only Bonesigners can make complex structures like craftworlds.
Craftworlds are shaped like ships but function like living organisms powered by pshyic energy craftworlds also regenerate themselves. Craftworlds are the size of multiple continents and millions of Eldar can live on them. Eldar craftworlds have Roger-dern style architecture with lots of curves and elegant shapes, no sharp edges or square corners.
Eldar craftworlds are fully self sustaining and no labour is required to maintain so craftworlds don’t have an economy and instead live in a post scarcity society without currency.
Craftworld Eldar follow different “paths”. Paths are essentially professions an eldar will usually dedicate themselves to a certain path for decades maybe even centuries until they have mastered they’re path them they will switch to a new one. Eldar are allowed to indulge in vices to a certain extent. Each Craftworld will have a different culture and government from another.
The Eldar warriors are militia groups they wear special helmets so that cannot remember killing when they are done they’re duty.
Eldar Craftworlds have infinity matrix’s on them. An infinity matrix is a place where souls are kept safe so that Slaanesh cannot devour them. Craftworld Eldar use spirit stones to save Eldar souls from Slaanesh or to power special robotic entity’s known as Wraithguards.
{{Dark Eldar/Drukhari}}
After the fall of the Eldar Empire some Eldar remained in the webway city of Commorragh these Eldar became the Drukhari or Dark Eldar. The Drukhari’s souls where slowly drained over time and the only way to preserve themselves was to cause suffering or to indulge in pleasure which prevented slaanesh from draining they’re soul. Commorragh Is a confusing urban sprawl full of pointy skyscraper like buildings and confusing geometry navigating Commorragh is confusing even for locals.
Dark Eldar who feed off of the suffering of others are restored to a youthful state and a Dark Eldar who does not feed of of someone’s suffering will slowly rot away and eventually be devoured by Slaanesh. Drukhari society became a pirate society they would pillage and raid other planets so that they could take captives back to Commorragh to feed off they’re suffering.
Different parts of Commorragh are ruled over “Kabals” Kabals are criminal organizations led by an Archon. Most Dark Eldar are created artificially these are called “halfborns” they usually serve as slaves until they can find some other way to advance up Commorraghs hierarchy. Dark Eldar born through natural means are rare because of the long gestation period for Aeldari. Dark Eldar who are born naturally from their mother’s womb are known as trueborns. Trueborns are considered superior to halfborns and are often part of dark Eldar noble families.
Haemonculi are special types of Eldar who have mastered the art of flesh shaping and even shaping souls. Haemonculi are considered masters of pain within Eldari society they are a sort of artisan that can make disturbing things like living furniture. Haemonculi also specialize in changing flesh for cosmetic purposes for wealthy clients.
In Dark Eldar society Wych Cults are usually female specialists who engage in gladiatorial combat within the arenas of Commorragh they see killing as an art to be perfected. The best women among the Wych cults become Succubi. Succubi are masters of combat who send their underlings to seek out talented Xeno opponents for them to fight. Wynch cults are mainly composed of females there are male members but they are rare while male Wynchs are respected they are only in the Wynch cult to create strong offspring.
{{Harlequins}}
Harlequins are a special neutral faction of the Eldar they serve Cegorach the Eldar laughing gods. Harlequins see no difference between Art and war they also perform to keep Eldar legends alive. The harlequins are all Eldari.
Individual eldar harlequins or masques are given tasks by the laughing god to do certain tasks for unknown reasons like for example killing or rescuing someone of importance.
The Laughing God is the only authority that the Harlequins recognise, and their every deed is thought to be in furtherance of his own inscrutable agenda. Harlequins are undeniably part of the Aeldari species, yet they owe no allegiance to any given Asuryani craftworld or Drukhari kabal.
Eldar Harlequins travel in masques and inside each Masque is a cadre of 3 tropes led by a trope master. The troops are either skyweavers who use jet bikes or voidweavers who use gunships. Additionally a shadowseer, death jester or solitaire may travel with a trope. Death jesters, solitaries and shadowseers are outside the hierarchy of a masque and will work along side a masque as long as their interests align with that masque.
Harlequin shadowseers use their psychic powers to cause confusion on the battlefield or to enhance a performance. Harlequin Death jesters specialize in using poison weapons that have bizarre and highly lethal effects.
Harlequin solitaires are highly lethal warriors that are often used as assassins by the laughing god. Harlequin solitaires usually travel along unless they are performing for a masque or doing combat with them. The Harlequin solitaires are the only harlequins who can play Slaanesh in a performance anyone else who tried would be destroyed by Slaanesh.
All Eldar Harlequins souls are saved from slaanesh by the laughing expect solitaires. It is not a guarantee that the laughing god will be able to save the soul of a solitaire from slaanesh.
{{Chaos Cults}}
Chaos cults usually pick and worship one specific deity although there such a thing as a follower of “chaos undivided”. A cult of chaos undivided or an individual chaos undivided cultist serves all four chaos gods at once although worshipping all four chaos gods is generally harder than picking a specific deity because one has to balance the needs of four different entities.
Chaos cults are usually made up of desperate people who have no other alternative besides worshipping chaos. Although some in the upper classes do form chaos cults the usually follow gods such as Slaanesh or Tzeentch. It’s very rare for a chaos cult to have good weapons or good equipment because usually chaos cultists are the poorest of society so in combat chaos cults rely on Daemons during combat unless they are snuffed out before they can summon a Daemon.
The greatest opponent a chaos cult can field is a Daemon prince. Daemon princes are mortals who have been chosen by a chaos God to ascend they are very powerful but also very rare since a Chaos Daemon is a shard of a chaos deity there can only be so many of them. Greater Daemons are the second most powerful type of Daemon a chaos god can field unlike chaos princes though a greater Daemon has never been a mortal. Lesser chaos Daemons could really be anything and they are the most numerous chaos Daemon they’re strong but no where near as strong as a greater Daemon or a Daemon prince. Devoted followers of chaos are often given boons by they’re respective god which can make certain chaos followers more powerful.

Captain Alric of the United States Army is a stern and grizzled veteran, his face etched with permanent scowls and the scars of battle. He sits at a makeshift desk, surrounded by stacks of reports and maps. Across from him is a younger soldier, Lieutenant Vren. She's fresh-faced and eager, her uniform still crisp and clean. And next to them is a Tech-Priest, a member of the Mechanicum, who stands silently in the corner.
Captain Alric: “So any ideas?”
