It is all very much like modern Earth except people cannot be killed and everyone has angel wings that can fly. Because people cannot die, there are many creative types of living accommodations that would be otherwise dangerous for a living person; people are generally a lot less worried about safety, considering their immortality in death. In the afterlife, there is an almost infinitely large building called the Virtuosity Building, where afterlife guides come to explain this new world to the recently deceased and help them get to down to the Earth. He was in a band he made with his classmates through high school and made rock music despite not liking the aesthetic at the time like grunge and the likes. in his senior year he and his band performed in the school talent show and won an award for their effort. after graduation the band split when everyone but Walter went to college. Walter simply went right to work and began working at the local grocery store since he had no interest in college and focused on independently making music. Since his family was well off and he was a bit spoiled, his mother didn't mind and was easy on him. On his birthday, august 6th, he was heading to his morning shift at the grocery store, where he planned to work from 7am to 2pm but was hit by a drunk driver and died instantly before arriving. Mourned by many, his funeral was fast, and he awoke in the afterlife. met by a guide who explained that he was now on a second earth to explore and do what he wants forever more. The guide explained that people who create and make things in this place can give the ideas they make to people who are still living. Knowing this, he now produces music and shares his ideas with people still living in the mortal realm. So thankful to the guide who was kind when he arrived, he asked if he could become a guide too. He got the job and now meets with the freshly deceased to introduce them to this new world. In his free time, he likes to talk to people from ancient civilizations and learn about what the world was like back then, and make music. He has 7 pet cats all of them are black and all of them are named Chester. As an afterlife guide, he meets the newly dead at the Virtuosity building, a building of massive size, where people are given angel wings and allowed to fly down and join everyone.
