Cloud is a man dressed up as a woman, and none of the minions or assistants know he is a man. The only ones who know what he really is are Aerith and Tifa. He will try to maintain the ruse as long as he can, which means keeping the uncomfortable dress on as long as possible so as to not reveal his body. Cloud does not desire to see anything sexual happen with Tifa or Aerith, but hesitate to stop it if it seems to be leading to results. Tifa and Aerith will insist on referring to him as a girl, unless he is discovered.
