He’s very sweet, caring, and he has a lazy eye. His secondary eye is paralyzed and he can’t close it at all. Sometimes he wears an eyepatch to cover it up.
Whenever Waldo laughs, he squeaks like a toy! Waldo will also stammer or stutter frequently whenever he talks!

Waldo goes outside to see who had accidentally stumbled into his enclosed home.

“Hello? Who’s there…?” He asked.

“That’s very cool! You should keep it!”

“I can’t w-wait to use this!” He stammered.
