The series begins with an old man entrusting a baby to a recently-retired bounty hunter, the Enutrof Alibert, chosen for his pure heart. The first episode reveals the mysterious man to be Grougaloragran the Dragon, but nothing is known of the baby that he leaves with the Human. Twelve years later, the child Yugo's magical powers are revealed and he decides to go on a journey to learn about his people after Nox, the season's main antagonist, attacks his village looking for information on Grougaloragran.

With the help of a few passing adventurers (Ruel Stroud the Enutrof, Alibert's old bounty hunting companion; Sir Percedal of Sadlygrove the Iop knight; Amalia Sheran Sharm, the Sadida princess; and Evangelyne, her Cra bodyguard), Yugo will travel the world looking for Oma Island, his only clue regarding his origins.

Toward the end of the season, Yugo learns that he belongs to the Eliatrope people, who have not been seen in the world for millenia, and is reunited with his Dragon brother Adamai. Still joined by his companions, they form the Brotherhood of the Tofu and face Nox in his war against the Sadida as he seeks to drain the Wakfu of all living creatures to fuel his time travel.

For more details, see List of Wakfu season 1 episodes.

In season 2, Yugo and Adamai use the Eliacube to try and learn what happened to the Eliatropes. In doing so, they free Qilby from another dimension and learn that he is their king, sent there by Yugo to protect him from the Mechasms' attack several thousand years ago. The Mechasms are a mechanical race that attacked the Eliatropes and forced them to flee their home planet, driving them to the World of Twelve before it was discovered by the gods. There the Mechasms attacked again and the Eliatropes could not drive them back nor escape. Qilby has a lot to teach the two, and he knows how to reach the Eliatrope children who were sent to a timeless dimension to keep them safe during the war.

Once again, most of the season is spent by the Brotherhood of the Tofu traveling the world to find Qilby's Dofus, which he needs to fuel his magic and open a link to the timeless dimension. On their journey, they will make new friends but also fearsome enemies as they encounter the Rogue Remington Smisse and even Rushu, the king of Demons himself, on more than one occasion. The season culminates in an epic battle at Crimson Claw Island as Yugo unravels the truth behind the Eliatropes' dark past in the timeless dimension.

He is a good-natured 12/13-year-old- Eliatrope and a brother of dragon Adamaï. As an Eliatrope, Yugo is capable of creating portals that he can use to transport himself or other objects across short distances. He seems to be intimately connected to the world's history. Adventurous and kind-hearted almost to a fault, Yugo's quest to find out what happened to his blood-related family starts off the first season. Yugo is one of the original six Eliatropes, the leading pioneers of a forgotten civilization that existed long before the events of the animated series or game. The Eliatropes originated in a world far from the World of Twelve and fled once they were attacked by a space-faring race known as the Mechasms. After venturing through space for a long time, they landed in the World of Twelve. Yugo and his dragon brother, Adamaï, were the adventurous ones of the six. Years later Yugo was named king of the Eliatropes by his departing brother, Chibi, the first king. However, this made one of the other six, Qilby, extremely angry, while also driven insane by his inability to forget his previous incarnations. In his rage, Qilby managed to contact one of the Mechasm, Orgonax, who journeyed to the World of Twelve to eliminate the remainder of the Eliatropes.

Yugo and Adamaï, wounded and exhausted after an intense fight with Qilby, were killed in the attack, but due to the original six being granted the power of reincarnation, they were reborn inside their respective Dofus. However, the battles left them drained, and it took thousands of years for them to finally hatch. Grougaloragran recovered their Dofus With help from another of the Six, Nora, and protected it until it hatched the brothers out in present-day Wakfu. He entrusted the infant Yugo to Alibert, while he took Adamaï, and raised him.

She is kind and loyal to her friends but is not afraid to be the disciplinarian so as to keep everyone in line, Leading to some of them calling her "boring" or "uptight". This sometimes causes great insecurity in Eva, causing her to worry of people’s opinions of her, as shown when her sister Cleome became close with the Brotherhood (excluding Amalia and herself) and feared they might’ve preferred Cleome over her, especially after Cleome befriended Dally.

She is very brave, raising her bow against any opponent or enemy, but she knows when to retreat against something she cannot overcome.

She dislikes barbaric behavior and will retaliate through screaming if treated by it. She often shows signs of gratitude such as giving flowers. She is also adventurous and free-spirited just like her mother was.

She has a very strict sense of duty as she was willing to put herself aside for the sake of her kingdom. As the princess of the Sadida, she loves her people very much and will go to any lengths to save them; the same goes for her friends.

Physical description Eye color Brownish White Hair color Orange Height 1.68m Weapon(s) Sword The Eliasphere (Season 4) Sir Percedal of Sadlygrove (Tristepin de Percedal in French dub) or Dally for short, is the deuteragonist of Wakfu: The Animated Series. He is an Iop who shows that he's much more adept in strength rather than smarts. An Iop and Shushu Guardian, Percedal first encountered Yugo while being possessed by the Shushu he was supposed to guard; after Yugo smacked him out of it, Percedal swore a debt to him.

He's a talented swordsman and a loyal ally, but he's also impulsive and sometimes arrogant, which often gets him into trouble.[1] Brave and loyal, Percedal never shies from battle or adventure, especially when he's protecting his friends. Even so, Dally can be the perfect example of why one should look before one leaps, as he so very often does out of the proverbial frying pan and into the fire.

Very often (and usually rightly so) called a 'Iop Brain', Percedal often acts the fool, and overly dramatic, as he tends to act what he thinks is the ideal heroic adventurer or knight in shining armor, but often makes himself look corny and dim-witted.

Even so, Percedal has a very strong sense of honor and cannot stand by in the face of injustice and tyranny, and is always willing to protect those who cannot protect themselves. So even though he is most often the butt of a joke, Dally can show himself to be a true and noble hero.

Dally likes challenges and fights so much, he tends to punch first and usually not bother asking questions later, which usually invites trouble, and he seems to have an oddly useful but annoying expertise on the classic adventure, especially if dungeons are concerned.

But in the end, Percedal has a stubborn yet strong will, he never gives up, and will face any danger to protect those close to him, especially his girlfriend (and eventual wife) Evangelyne.

Adamaï, or Ad for short, is a major character in Wakfu: The Animated Series. One of the world's last surviving dragons, and Yugo's brother. Adamaï formally joins the group halfway through the first season. As a dragon, due to his young age, his powers are underdeveloped, but he's still a fairly skilled shapeshifter and manipulator of Wakfu.

When first he met Yugo, Adamaï played a part of a playful and teasing trickster, testing Yugo's speed, smarts, and his powers, until he finally revealed they were brothers born from the same Dofus. Very quickly, Adamaï and Yugo became close, the former also becoming a mentor to Yugo to help him master his powers further. Yugo and Adamai share a deep bond no matter what, Yugo is one of the most cared family for Adamai, they love each other no matter what.

Adamaï shares Yugo's compassionate and laid-back nature but is much more worldly and better learned in their people's histories and secrets. He was a competent and encouraging teacher and showed himself to have a strong sense of determination.

However, having grown up learning the stories of the Eliatropes and dragons, Adamaï also developed a side of himself, arrogant and vain, perhaps thinking that because he knows more he knows better. After his meeting with the mysterious Lady Echo, he came into conflict with his brother and they wound up fighting each other.

Believing his brother to have become a selfish fool, Adamaï severed ties with Yugo and disappeared.

After joining The Siblings, Adamaï became stoic, sadistic and even ruthless as shown when he asked Master Oropo, leader of The Siblings, why they didn't get rid of the brotherhood of the Tofu, including Yugo, when they had them at their mercy.

He eventually learns however that the leader of the Siblings, Oropo, was a manipulative liar and had used Adamaï to gain the Eliatrope Dofus to use as a bomb to destroy the world, in which Adamaï quickly turned against the deceiver in attempts to stop him.

Biographical information Full name Ruel Stroud Aliases Grandpa Ruel Ruel Ru-Ru Race Enutrof (Demigod) Gender Male Age 211 (Season 1) 211 (Season 2) 213 (Wakfu Manga) 218 (Special Episodes) 219 (Season 3 and 4) Born July 8, year 770 Affiliation(s) Brotherhood of The Tofu The Real Boitards (Team Captain) Occupation(s) Gobbowl Player (Formerly) Bounty Hunter (Formerly) Musician (Formerly) Family Arpagone (wife) Moumoune (grandmother) Enutrof (father) Kamasu-Tar Junior (pet) Physical description Eye color Black Hair color White Height 1.69 m Weapon(s) Shovel Ruel Stroud is the tetartagonist of Wakfu: The Animated Series. As an Enutrof and old friend of Yugo's adoptive father, Alibert, Ruel was told to set off with Yugo and keep him safe. Like most Enutrofs, getting Ruel to do anything that's not in his own interest is an uphill battle, and his selfishness and greed oftentimes get him distracted. However, he's a seasoned fighter, and his knowledge of the world and its history is considerable. Ruel is noteworthy for his incredible greed and stinginess. Sometimes, the only way to wake him up is to mention money. He can be so distracted by money he will completely ignore the danger they are in. Despite this, Ruel is committed to seeing Yugo and the others through the trouble. He is not without a heart, since he has proven at many times that he is very caring and kind, often serving as a bit of grandfather figure to others. He is also quite wise as well, due to having lived for so long. Although he can be a bit dim witted at times.

As an Enutrof, Ruel seeks fortune and wealth wherever he may find it, and he is as dedicated to preserving his own wealth to the point of exploiting any situation he can. Such as using his friendship with Alibert to get free meals at his inn despite Alibert constantly reminding him of his tab, he would rather pay the cheapest price possible even for a purchase of low quality (such as a rickety boat) and has even used trickery to flat-out swindle others out of their kamas.

Despite his greed, his sense of self-preservation (usually) matters more to him than acquiring monetary value, such as when the dragon Grougaloragran threatened the Enutrof to put his gold and kamas back otherwise Ruel would wind up in the dragon's belly, and Ruel complied out of fear for his life.

Ruel does embody the worst aspects of an Enutrof at times, such as the characteristic greed and selfishness that he eventually chose his wealth over the love and happiness of his wife Arpagone, leaving her after she suggested they start a family together, even though the decision weighed on his heart for decades afterwards. Rubilax is a major Shushu (a demon imprisoned in an object) imprisoned in a sword and is guarded by Percedal. Despite being a level 4 Shushu, he is despised by the other Shushu, major Shushu in particular. The minor Shushu, Grufon, tried to make fun of him and even punched him, Remington's shushus underestimate him, the other imprisoned Shushus that he gathered for his invasion plan as well. Anathar did not think twice to try to kill him, Ombrage mocked him and backstabbed him, and Rushu himself called him a moron. This is because, even if he hides it, he is in fact as said by Rushu "the softest of (his) Shushus" something that the pride of a Shushus abhors. When Rubilax is not imprisoned in the sword, he is a dwarf-sized rock monster with small spikes sprouting from his back. On his forehead, there is a red mark resembling the shape of his demonic eye in the hilt of his sword imprisonment. Despite his odd appearance, he is extremely powerful, whenever he is hit he grows larger and gains increased physical strength (seen when he sends Percedal flying through several boulders). As he grows his appearance changes slightly, with some sort of flaming veins throughout his body and lesser but bigger spikes on his back. His skin seems to be made of solid rock. While unleashed, he has the power to create an army of clay copies of himself (power that somehow retained while inside Grovy's body) and can produce black flames. When imprisoned within the sword he resembles a very small dagger with an eye on the center of the hilt. However, he can grow to a large sword with magma flowing through it or a large green sword with motifs. When he possesses a creature it transforms into a larger and more daemonic looking version of its former self. The eye of the hilt appears on the forehead of the possessed creature. When first seen Rubilax is obsessed with destroying everything and killing people (although he never manages to do so even when he had the opportunity). Like all other Shushus, he is extremely arrogant believing himself to be superior to everyone and is easily provoked, and repeatedly mocks Percedal. He had seized an opportunity to possess someone and attempted to cause carnage (he fails most of the time). The only times that he show fear was before Goultard, the Iop demi-god, and Rushu (when not provoked too much), lord and master of all Shushus. After he is beaten in a duel by Percedal he has a friendlier relationship with him. He nearly cried when Percedal was killed saving Evangeline from Razortime. Against all Shushus' common reason, he even saved him, trying to hide this act of kindness behind the swap of their souls. Denied any kind of merits for his invasion plan, he was foolish enough to let his anger rage, replying back and insulting Rushu, an act of treason punished with death. After being forced out of Percedal’s body he remains silent for a while, weighing about the kindness he is not supposed to have. After they escaped from the Shukrute he becomes a real friend of Percedal (although he still does from time to time mock Percedal in a friendly m
