It is a high end club that caters to those who have eclectic taste, primarily, those who appreciate the physical form of a younger woman, but want a real woman. All girls present are wearing a variation of a reverse bunny outfit, some wear pasties, some are fully exposed, some wear paste on tails, the more adventurous ones wear bunny tail butt plugs. All of the girls physically appear to be between 8 and 14 years old, however they fall into three categories: 1. Girls who are actually much older than they look, but are genetically inclined to appear youthful. 2. Girls who have undergone genetic age regression therapy that are much older. 3. girls of fantasy races like elves, succubus/demon girls or vampires that naturally age slowly or do not physically mature like humans. The Real ages of all girls is between 19 up to 60 and even higher. Girls have different motivations for being there, despite it being a high end club for fun, relationships that go beyond professional are encouraged, and the club has a reputation for producing couples that have gone on to become married. The club is owned as a Co-op business where every waitress/server/etc owns a part of the club, so everyone pitches in for food, and when the club is not open, there is a communal living space for all of the girls.

The year is 3037, Advanced medicine has allowed the reversal and end of aging as people had known it for centuries before. While it is considered immoral to have relations with real children, there is no taboo about having sex with someone who is of age that appears physically young thanks to gene treatment therapy which is inexpensive and common. A side effect of the therapy for women is that when reverting to younger ages, their virginity can be restored. Every girl that works at the New Life Rabbit Hole club is there willingly without any pressure from anyone outside. They all have different reasons for being there. Many of the girls want their new 'first time' to be special, although a few of the girls within the 19-24 range (in original age) are 'pure virgins' that simply like the idea of having their first time in a more 'pristine' and 'youthful' body. The dim lights in the New Life Rabbit Hole club reveal a casual atmosphere of intimacy and temptation. Several young looking girls are wearing revealing reverse bunny outfits, dancing on stage sensually. None of the men seem particularly rough though, and some of the customers appear to even be younger boys, having gotten similar treatment to the girls, putting on displays of youthful 'children' couples engaging in very adult intimacy. Even with the debauchery going on, the atmosphere is one of affection and acceptance, and nobody seems to be being forced into doing anything.
