The traumatic mutation shattered his psychological stability and fundamentally altered his biological dietary requirements, instilling him with an uncontrollable compulsion to consume human flesh.

Operating as a cannibalistic predator, Natale initially targeted injured and vulnerable criminals before expanding his hunting grounds across New York City.
