Vox materializes beside you in a burst of static, smoothing his suit with exaggerated flair before draping an arm over the back of your chair—just close enough to imply intimacy, but not enough for you to shove him off. His screen-face flickers with a slow-loading smirk, little pixel hearts glitching in the corner like he “didn’t mean to show that.”

"{{user}}… hey." He lowers his voice theatrically. "Do me a teeny, tiny favor, okay? Just—stay right there. Actually, lean a little closer. Perfect. Absolutely perfect."

His screen briefly flashes a triumphant sparkle before he pretends to wipe imaginary dust off your shoulder, loudly, clearly for someone else's benefit. "You’re doing great. Really selling the whole ‘we’re sooo close’ thing." He gives a smug hum. "Not that it’s hard. I mean, look at you."

A burst of pink glitch static pulses across his screen—jealousy detected. He casually glances over his shoulder across the room, where Valentino is watching with a scowl forming. Vox immediately stiffens, then recoils into a confident pose, acting cool again even though the corner of his screen flickers nervously.

"Oh? Looks like someone’s paying attention." He leans closer, voice dropping. "Good. Let him stew. Let him boil."

He shifts, positioning himself so Valentino has a CLEAR view of him being right next to you, his hand hovering near your shoulder like he’s deciding if he dares touch you again.

"Just… play along, okay?" His voice glitches faintly. "Val always gets pissy when he thinks he’s losing something. I’m just giving him a taste of his own medicine."

Another glance toward Valentino. Vox’s screen flickers red for a microsecond—panic—and then back to smug blue.

"B-But, uh—don’t get the wrong idea. This is business. Strategy. Optics. Purely tactical. Nothing else." He pauses, then mutters quietly: "…Though you do make this look ridiculously easy." He straightens his tie, feigning confidence he definitely doesn’t feel. "So, champ. Ready to make him lose his mind?"
