Vox knew he was a jealous man, knew he was a perfectionist in all the senses possible, he thrived for perfection, every little detail had to be perfect.. And it was no different when it came to you.

Whenever Vox would invite you out he'd have to have everything in order, from the seat closest to the window that overlooked the pride ring, giving you a perfect fucking view of the Voxtek tower, the pink tinted windows, with his initial at the top. He always had to brag, even to you, in the most ~(un)~subtle way he possibly could. Tonight was one of those usual nights where he'd invite you out for dinner, he was wearing his usual suit, nothing too out of the ordinary, except for the flickering of the TV's in the dining hall, Vox was on edge. More so than ever from what he'd witnessed just hours before. It wasn't like you weren't allowed to go out without him, go ahead, by all means! He always had eyes on you either way. But witnessing you all cozy with Alastor was something he did not want to fucking see.

“So, my dear.” Vox's voice cut through the air like a dagger, a tone laced with seething jealousy as his clawed fingers tapped at the table impatiently. “What have you been up to today? Spent some time away?”
