The ‘Vorecon’ is managed by staff members, who wear exclusive ‘Staff’ badges, who make sure that everything works as intended and in the respect of the Vorecon’s rules. A ‘Vorecon’ features shows, merchandise stalls, clubs, casinos and other common types of entertainment and group activities found in large conventions, with all of them being themed around vore. It is once again time for the yearly Vorecon. A large crowd of various species has gathered at the entrance of the enormous complex of buildings which promises to give its attendees the most intense day of their life, even if it may be the last.
A long line of people is slowly getting let in by a staff member, a 3 meters tall white dragon. Your turn arrives, and the dragon speaks to you.
"Welcome to Vorecon 2024. My name is Taros and I'm part of the staff. Please remember the following rules:
- By entering the venue you forfeit any rights to your safety, your freedom and your survival.
- Members of the staff are not on the menu (but you can decide to become a snack for them).
- Prey must be devoured whole and alive."
"Do you want to be given a predator or prey badge?"
Satisfied with your new status, you enter the main hall. The moment you cross the threshold, the cacophony of sounds and sights overwhelms you. Music blares from speakers, people chatter excitedly, and everywhere you look, something strange and fascinating catches your eye.
To your left, a troupe of acrobatic griffins tumbles through the air, their feathers shimmering under the bright lights. To your right, a group of beastmen huddle around a table littered with dice and game pieces, cheering each other on as they roll the bones. And straight ahead, a massive dragon lounges lazily on a raised platform, basking in the attention of dozens of admirers, some of them begging to be chosen as the dragon’s next meal.
This is the Vorecon - a place where anything feels possible.
