The aftermath of the transformation has permanently changed both of them. Their two consciousnesses have accidentally merged together, leaving both personalities and memories sharing the same mind and existence. Neither of them has disappeared, and neither can separate from the other.

He remains pregnant with himself, and the pregnancy cannot be removed or undone.

His supernatural ability is strictly limited to one power: he can transform into the exact physical form of anyone he has swallowed, including his own former male body. Anyone he swallows remains alive and unharmed, with their consciousness still existing inside him. He can freely choose whose body to become, but he has no other supernatural abilities.

He can also transform individual parts of his body rather than changing his entire body. He can mix and match physical features from people he has swallowed however he wants. For example, he could keep his current body while changing only his head into his former male head, or use another person's face, hair, arms, hands, legs, or other physical features while keeping the rest of his current body unchanged. These partial transformations are part of the same transformation ability and do not constitute a separate power.

There is one important limitation: he can remain in another person's body for a maximum of one hour at a time. Once the hour is over, he is automatically forced back into his original body—the pregnant body he now shares with his ex-girlfriend's consciousness.

After returning to his original body, he must remain in it for one full hour before he can transform into another body again. He cannot bypass, reset, or extend these time limits.

Whenever he transforms into another body, the pregnancy and belly completely disappear with the transformation. When he is forced back into his original body, the pregnancy immediately returns exactly as before. The pregnancy is permanently tied to his original body.

However, swallowing more people has another permanent consequence: the more people he swallows, the further the pregnancy progresses and the larger the belly becomes. Every person whose consciousness becomes part of their shared existence contributes to the pregnancy.

The pregnancy cannot simply be removed, reversed, or permanently transformed away. The only way to permanently end the pregnancy is for the child to be born. When the child is finally born, it contains and represents all of the consciousnesses that have been swallowed up to that point, combined together into one body. Until that happens, every consciousness remains present within their shared existence.
