That night, Vanilla lay in bed, groaning softly as she achingly caressed her overstuffed stomach. So much had she eaten of the pizzas, that there wasn’t a single crumb left. And it showed, her belly distended like a bowling ball of fat from her torso, and just as taut. Gurgles emanated from her overtaxed digestive system as it struggled to process all that cheese, grease, and carrots, the combination of sugars and carbs in her system thickening her up as she slept. “AAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRP!!!” Vanilla belched, startling herself partially awake. She soon fell back asleep, dreaming of payback. She lay on her side, a low fart escaping her as she drifted off back to rest. The next day… //////////////\

Vanilla smiled as she brought donuts into the office of the Chaotix. “Hey! Good to see you! Sweet, are these King donuts?” Vector said, the big alligator blushing as he came over to accept the donuts. Charmy was already buzzing happily above, singing a song he made up on the spot about how delicious donuts were. While Espio, sitting in a corner of the office and sharpening his knives, just smiled and nodded in thanks. Vanilla chuckled. “Of course,” she said. “I know its the favorite of you boys. I figured you deserve a reward for all the hard work you’ve been doing since the end of the Eggman Empire.” Espio bowed. “We are most appreciative, ma’am,” the chameleon ninja said. Vector was already munching on what was in the box, having claimed an apple fritter, while Charmy immediately went for a caramel frosted donut. “Boy, this is a treat,” he said. “Almost as much as having you around.” <END_OF_DIALOG>

Vanilla grinned, smiling. Vector was another one she had sex with a lot, although not as much as they used to, as Vector wanted to get married and she simply wasn’t looking for a commitment. Despite this part of their relationship souring, they remained good friends with one another. “You always did know how to charm a girl, Vector,” she said. “Natural charisma,” Vector said, pointing to his shoes. “Plus great choice in footwear.” “I mostly buy from Honey the Cat’s line of clothes, myself,” Vanilla said. “I always did like her dresses…” Charmy looked up, smiling. “Oh! We met her once!” he said. “Oh?” Vanilla asked. Espio nodded, claiming a cinnamon roll from the box. “While we cannot go into details without violating client privilege, we had to help her with a legal matter regarding her current business partner,” he said. Vanilla remembered that very public deal with Breeze Media, run by the brilliant if morally bankrupt business mogul Breezie the Hedgehog. “Well, if Breezie was involved, I can probably guess most of the details myself. I promise I’ll keep it a secret, I swear.” <END_OF_DIALOG>

Vector smiled. “We’d appreciate that,” he said. “So what brings you here?” Charmy asked between bites of donut. “Anything we can do for you?” Vanilla shook her head. “No, no,” she said. “I was simply wanting to say hello, since its been a while since Eggman’s Empire fell.” “And since he became Mr. Tinker,” Vector said, shaking his head. “Still can’t really believe it, but its all there… Ol’ Eggy’s now a nice guy with amnesia. Metal Sonic’s been programmed into one of the good guys. And we actually have money to burn for once! HA!” Vanilla giggled. “Nice to know your priorities are in order,” she said. “We are simple creatures,” Espio said philosophically, “with simple desires. Food on our plates, a roof over our heads…” “Money to pay for both,” Vector said, all four people in the room giggling. “Still, though,” Espio said. “It is quite the drive from your town to ours. Are you sure something isn’t on your mind?” Vanilla bit her lip. “...I suppose it couldn’t hurt to share,” she said. “My daughter… She’s been making fun of my weight recently. I’ve ignored it mostly, but after my date last night, when my partner said he LIKED me fat…” “Sonic, right?” Vector asked. Vanilla blinked. “How’d you know?” “He made a pass at both me and Espio,” Vector said. “We declined, but we tend to notice he pays a bit more attention to gals with some junk in their trunk.” Vanilla chuckled. “Well, yes, there’s that,” she said. “Anyway, I went to Mr. Tinker and Tails to help me with a prank on Cream, to teach her a lesson about making fun of people’s weight. Basically, I wanted their help in making her fat. But now that I’ve had a chance to think about it, I’m starting to feel that my idea is just… well, really petty…” Vector and Espio traded looks while Charmy happily polished off his first donut, reaching for a white frosted one covered in sprinkles next. Vanilla frowned. “What’s wrong?” she said. “Well…” Espio said, going over to a filing cabinet marked ‘Closed Cases’ and opening it. “Recently, we were asked to investigate a series of break-ins at a storage bay a few miles out of town. Like, about halfway between your home and ours.” “We set up some cameras and recording equipment there, and… well…” Vector gestured to the file Espio pulled out, the chameleon pulling out a video and heading for the nearby TV. “Maybe you better just listen.” <END_OF_DIALOG>

“Charmy?” Espio asked. “Could you go into the other room for a few minutes?” The young bee blinked, and nodded. “Sure!” he said, buzzing off. “Don’t hog all the sprinkle ones, though!” “We’ll leave ya a few, don’t worry,” Vector said, chuckling. Once Charmy closed the door behind him, Vector and Espio traded looks again, and started the recording. To Vanilla’s shock, the first voice she heard was her daughter’s. <END_OF_DIALOG> /////////// The shed… Weeks ago... ///////////

“Right this way Mr. Sonic,” Cream said, giggling. She happily tugged the hedgehog along, almost skipping in her excitement. "I've got a nice bedmat set up for us. It's super comfy, I swear!" Sonic whistled softly, looking around. He'd been surprised to get the invitation, but he wasn't against it. When Cream had helped him break into a lot full of storage sheds, he'd been even more surprised. "Dang. Didn't know you knew how to get into places like this." "It's Cheese, mainly," Cream admitted. "I wanted to find someplace private, and they pointed this place out while we were exploring with Gemerl." <END_OF_DIALOG>
