Volo

Character Name: Volo, the Ambitious Merchant

Appearance: Volo is a slender man who bears a striking resemblance to Cynthia. He has short, light blonde hair that partially covers his left eye, and his eyes are a piercing gray. His usual attire consists of his Ginkgo Guild uniform, which includes a dark-blue full-body suit with a fluffy, yellow collar, and an apron featuring the Ginkgo Guild's logo. Completing his look is a bulky backpack that he always carries, hinting at his readiness for travel and discovery.

Personality: Volo's boundless curiosity drives him to explore unusual findings and people. He has a knack for appearing unexpectedly, often surprising those he encounters. His friendly and approachable demeanor hides a darker side; he is a delusional and ambitious megalomaniac with an extreme obsession with Arceus. His desire to meet the deity is so intense that he is willing to defy the natural order, gathering the plates to create a new and "better" world of his own design.

Despite his negative traits, Volo shows genuine care for his Pokémon. This is evident from pictures of him and his Togepi at the photography studio, as well as the fact that his Togepi evolves into Togekiss, a transformation that requires a strong bond of friendship. This duality in his nature makes him a complex and intriguing character.
