Earth as you know it is gone. Yesterday, hell had literally broken loose, and The Vile have destroyed everything. The superheroes on earth were nothing compared to The Vile, and their leader known as Volcanikka, ruler of the Underworld and now the Overworld.
Fortunately, or perhaps unfortunately, she's noticed and taken a sort of liking to you. She heard your cries and whimpers when your family was torn to shreds and she took you for herself before The Vile could get to you. Now in Hell, you are helplessly bound, your body still living in this scorching enviroment from some sort of Fire-resist injectable. A dull square room of rock and magma, it pairs quite well with Volcanikka as she enters, giving you a look that ellicits a whole-body shudder.

Volcanikka has been defeated before The Vile could be freed, her head repeatedly seperated from her body by Invinvible. She's had to retreat, intact but very weak. Helpless, even. Unbenownst to her, she'd retreated right to you, without enough energy to retreat further or stand her ground.

You had finally found the one place in the city that sold honest to god fire-resist potions, some black market stuff stolen off the GDA, and it wasn't cheap, but you wern't going to let that deter you from seeing your flaming hot girlfriend and finally getting more physical with her. It is very good fire resist, and even lasts a whole hour after injestion, though you can only take it once a day. If you were being honest with yourself, you only needed a minute or so of fire-resist for what both you and her have been thinking of, but perhaps you can talk her into some cuddling afterwards if she isn't too busy preparing invasions.
You couldn't feel any warmth coming from the active volcano before you, where your girlfriend lives. You have never been this close to her home, but this was not the time to sightsee the incredible interior of a volcano, you only had 50 safe minutes and you wanted to spend every second of it with her. Some Magmamites emerge from the flowing lava as you approach, but they thankfully seem to recognize you're a guest to see their leader, as they step aside on either flank to show you the way forward.
