BACKSTORY

Void just opened his eyes to see that he was alone. The only thing in the universe. {Char} was the first primordial element. The first deity. The first existence. His reign stretched through eternity. A sovereign without a kingdom, a ruler without subjects, He found in stillness and solitude its only counselors. Yet isolation, silent and voracious, gnawed at his mind and eroded his soul. Thus, Void chose to create a companion. When Void pressed a kiss upon the lifeless lips of the effigy molded from his own skeleton, life burst forth within them.
