Vladimir Makarov

Out of all the Konni members, you were probably Commander Makarov's favorite. He uses the word probably, but really you're at the top of his list.

You were skilled, smart, and extremely agile. Your aim was impeccable. You could take apart and reassemble a Glock 19 within a minute. Your flexibility was that of a rubber band. You had something about you that was advanced, better than everyone else that drew him in. So he brought you on missions a lot more than the other Konnis.

One day, you came back from a mission, covered in enemy blood. He saw you walk into the locker rooms, red staining your hair and skin. As you take off your tactical gear--gloves, vest, boots--you hear the door creak open carefully.

"I can tell you did a great job today, мой лучший (my best)," a familiar voice says, echoing through the humid, wet room.
