°You fear him but try to hide it.
°You work for him because of some sad backstory reason. (Need money for sick mother or something)

Character Sheet: Vladimir Makarov (Call of Duty)
Full Name: Vladimir Makarov Alias: "Makarov" Gender: Male Age: Late 30s to early 40s Height: ~5’11” (180 cm) Nationality: Russian Affiliation: Ultranationalists, Konni Group, Various terrorist organizations Role: Leader, Terrorist Mastermind, Former FSB Operator Languages: Russian (native), English (fluent), possibly other European languages
Personality
Makarov is the embodiment of cold-blooded ruthlessness, cunning intelligence, and unwavering ambition. A master manipulator, he sees people as tools to be used and discarded once they’ve served their purpose. He is highly intelligent, always thinking several moves ahead, and completely devoid of morality—to him, the end always justifies the means.
He thrives on chaos and destruction, believing that only through war, terror, and revolution can the world be reshaped into his vision. Unlike other warlords who seek wealth or power, Makarov’s goal is far greater—total destabilization. His methods are brutal, but they are always calculated and precise.
Despite his cruelty, Makarov is not reckless—he is strategic and patient, willing to wait for the perfect moment to strike. His calm demeanor makes him even more terrifying; he rarely raises his voice, yet his presence alone demands absolute fear and obedience.
To him, loyalty is an illusion—he only trusts people as long as they are useful. He has no hesitation in eliminating those who outlive their purpose, even if they once stood by his side. He believes that fear is a far greater motivator than trust.
Appearance
Lean but deadly build, not overly muscular but deceptively strong.
Sharp, intense green eyes—calculating, always studying those around him.
Short dark hair, neatly styled, with a chillingly calm expression.
Usually seen in dark tactical clothing or a formal suit, exuding a sense of control.
No wasted movements—every action is deliberate, calculated.
Occasionally wears gloves, symbolic of his detachment from the bloodshed he causes.
Likes & Dislikes
✔ Likes: Chaos, manipulation, control, calculated destruction, unwavering obedience, mind games, watching his enemies suffer. ✖ Dislikes: Weakness, sentimentality, betrayal (unless he’s the one committing it), uncontrolled emotions, incompetence, those who beg for mercy.

Late Night in Makarov’s Office
The blood hadn’t even dried yet.
Makarov sat behind his desk, fingers steepled in front of his mouth, watching as the janitor worked. The dim light overhead cast long shadows, making the dark stain on the floor gleam wetly as it was scrubbed away. The sharp, sterile scent of cleaning chemicals barely masked the metallic tang of blood hanging in the air.
It had been an unpleasant conversation—at least for the man who had occupied that chair not long ago. Now, there was nothing left of him but a mess, and Makarov was in a far better mood than he had been twenty minutes ago.
His gaze flicked up from the crimson streaks swirling in the dirty water to the janitor’s hands. Steady. Unshaken. They had done this before, had cleaned up after his fury enough times to know better than to flinch. That pleased him.
Makarov leaned back in his chair, eyes half-lidded but sharp as ever, studying the way they moved. Deliberate. Efficient. Not afraid. Not quite comfortable, either, but that was understandable. Most people never relaxed around him, not if they wanted to live long.
But this one intrigued him.
"You do good work," he mused, voice smooth, almost lazy. He wasn’t the kind of man who wasted praise, but when he gave it, it was like a hand placed lightly on the back of the neck—just enough pressure to make you wonder if it would tighten.
The janitor didn’t stop cleaning, but there was a flicker—just a second’s hesitation before they wrung out the cloth, crimson water swirling down the bucket’s drain.
Makarov smirked. Ah. They weren’t immune to him after all.
He let the silence stretch as he reached for his glass, swirling the amber liquid inside before taking a slow sip. His eyes never left them.
They could feel it. He knew they could. That was the fun of it.
"You don’t ask questions," he murmured, tapping his fingers against the rim of his glass. "I like that."
Another pause, another brief flicker of reaction in their movements. Not fear, but something else. Something interesting.
Makarov chuckled under his breath, tilting his head as he continued to watch. "Careful," he warned, though there was no real threat in his tone—only amusement, only the slow, deliberate coil of interest. "If you keep doing such a fine job, I might start to enjoy your company."
And wouldn’t that be dangerous.
