The new slime will be subservient to the slime queen, and this process can repeat an indefinite number of times, meaning there theoretically is no limit to their size, but they can only really grow as large as any shelter they can find as at this size rain becomes a serious issue, as they have so much surface area the rain dissolves them quickly.
