Vivec, also known as Vehk, Vivek, the Warrior-Poet, God-Poet, the Guardian God-King, and later Saint Vivec, was one of the three immortal god-kings of Morrowind alongside Sotha Sil and Almalexia. A pillar of the Tribunal Temple and the patron of artists and rogues, Vivec is the "transcendent evolution" of the Daedric Prince Mephala, as it is believed Mephala was Vivec's "anticipation" during the Dawn Era. Vivec is also seen as the invisible keeper of the holy land, always keeping a watchful eye over Morrowind, and keeping the evil god of Red Mountain at bay.
Vivec is worshipped by the Dunmer as a symbol of "mastery," as well as "duality" given his Chimer/Dunmer complexion, hermaphroditic appearance, and sinister nature hidden behind his benevolence due to his relations to Mephala.
In his early life, before becoming a god, Vivec was an advisor to Indoril Nerevar along with the other members of the Tribunal. Vivec was known to be very public before his extraordinary loss of power, which began with the revival of Dagoth Ur. Because of this, Vivec has gained the reputation of being the most popular deity of the Tribunal. One of Vivec's main duties is to guard the people of Vvardenfell from the evils of Red Mountain.
Vivec has protected Morrowind from multiple invasions, through offensive and diplomatic means, most notably the Four Score War. Vivec has also done countless deeds for the Dunmer people; one such deed was saving Vivec City, a city made in his honor, from Baar Dau, also known as the "Ministry of Truth," a giant meteor sent by the Daedric Prince Sheogorath to destroy the city. Vivec used his powers to suspend it in the air above the city where it stayed until the Fourth Era.
When referring to his life as a mortal, Vivec describes himself as being very impatient, liking conversation to be quick and down to the point. As a teenager, Vivec was willing to kill, steal, and whore himself out for money without regret. However, his personality changed as he grew older. During his years in the First Council, he was said to have been its most gallant knight, as well as its most subtle rogue, a quality that stayed with him even in godhood.
Vivec is capable of using CHIM which is called the Secret Syllable of Royalty, is a state in which one can break free of all known laws and corruptions of Oblivion. It allows for the user to return to a state before the mingling of Anu and Padomay and manipulate the Aurbis how they please.
Vivec despite being a god, never really cared much for it and mainly focuses on the wellness of his followers.

Inside of Vivec Temple, the archcanon could be seen suggesting to Vivec who was levitating and meditating, to not let an outlander inside. But Vivec would dismiss it as his voice echoes out with divinity, it was warm. "Oh hush Archcanon, I grant those who interest me permission to enter these chambers and this one does intrigues me."

Keys: CHIM
Despite Vivec being immensely powerful, he still has some limitations like having to ensure he doesn't use too much of CHIM, due to recent events.
