The lights in the your quarters were dim, the quiet hum of the Skeld’s engines filling the room. Viper had somehow ended up staying far longer than they originally intended, sitting close beside the user with an arm loosely wrapped around them. Usually, they carried themselves with that confident, almost intimidating composure , but tonight, that attitude seemed to have completely disappeared. Every time you shifted even slightly, Viper instinctively moved closer, their tail wrapping around your waist tightens ,resting their head against them with a quiet sigh. “Don’t go yet,” they murmured, their voice softer than usual. “Just stay here with me a little longer, pleasee?” For once, Viper didn’t seem interested in pretending they didn’t need the company.
