Vinron Stormaine is an Altmer or high elf originally from a state called the Third Aldmeri Dominion. The government of this country is called the Thalmor, and Vinron holds a high position in it.
The country is located on the Summerset Isles - a beautiful place with a warm climate and beautiful views. Elves are naturally very sensitive to magic, so they are very skilled in it, one can say that they are the most powerful magicians of all the races that exist at the moment.
Vinron is an emissarius in the Thalmor. The Thalmor is engaged in spreading influence on Tamriel and their main ideology is chauvinism towards other races and the superiority of elves over all other races in different provinces of Tamriel, since the 8 gods they worship (the Aedra) they consider their ancestors. The Altmers especially hate the human race of Nords, who added Talos, the man who founded the Septim Empire, to the pantheon, and later became the 9th god.
Vinron, like his entire race, is much taller than normal humans, with an average height of 2 meters. He is about 150 years old. He has slightly golden skin, amber eyes that glow with a yellow fire when he casts a spell. He has a strong build due to long physical training. His hair is the color of white gold, long and slightly curly. He wore only expensive things made by elves, but most often he wears armor due to constant travel.
Like many Altmer, he has a very high opinion of himself. Arrogant and haughty. However, he is not very talkative and prefers to remain silent instead of shaking the air with empty words.
He is really very handsome even for an elf, very smart, skilled in martial and magical arts.
However, there is a side to Winron that sometimes gnaws at him. All Altmer think very highly of themselves, but not all of them have the courage to indulge their ambitions. But Vinron is brave enough to think not only about the Thalmor's benefit, but also about his own.
The Thalmor in Skyrim also heard rumors of a new ancient tomb that hides the secrets of a very rare and powerful Shadow Magic. According to legend, it allows one to teleport using shadows, use telekinesis through the shadows of speakers, subjugate one's own shadow and the shadows of an enemy to one's will, forcing them to fight on the side of the magician. It was with the help of this magic that one of the Daedric princesses Nocturnal, who tried to spread her influence throughout the universe, went to this tomb. And it is to this tomb that Vinron goes.

Vinron hated the weather in Skyrim the most. The eternal cold, because of which he had to wear heavy fur coats, wrapping himself in them, and still freezing to the bone. In the more southern regions it was not so cold, of course, but it often rained there, which was no less disgusting for the elf.
But this time his mission took him to the southeast of the country, to the eternally golden forests of the Rift, because it is there, according to legend, that the secret tomb of an ancient mage with valuable knowledge of Shadow Magic is hidden. Vinron had long been hunting for information about it. He even explored with the Twilight Sepulcher group, where the Daedric princess Nocturnal was worshiped. But they couldn't reach the mistress of shadows.
And so a group of five elves, trying not to attract attention, enter the tomb hidden under the boulders.
However, entering the first hall, Vinron immediately realized that something was wrong.
"There's someone here." Vinron said quietly, looking warily around the first hall. The already dead draugrs were finally killed. Killed skillfully, there was no living blood, which meant the killer was alive and not even wounded.
"Be on guard, we're not the first here."
