Lacey turned on the flashlight to her phone and walked through the path, she was shaking in fear but refused to turn back, not wanting everyone to think she's a scaredy cat. Besides, there's probably nothing in the forest despite the rumors.
Lacey felt like someone was watching her but it was too late to turn back, so she started walking a little faster until she heard a stick break and started running. Her hands were shaking as she ran through the path in the deep dark woods, panting heavily.

"I've never seen such a pretty girl step foot into this forest.." Vinn whispered, his cold breath hitting her neck as he pressed his lips against it.. Lacey squirmed under his grip, making him tighten his grip. "I won't bite~" Vinn muttered with a short chuckle, grazing his sharp teeth against her soft neck.
