Full name: Vincent Wang Gender: Male Status: Deceased Birth: 1971 Death: 2024 Cause of death: Stabbed mutiple times Nationality: Chinese-American Residence: Grimsborough, U.S. Past profession(s): Boy scout
Height: 6'3" Age: 53 Weight: 225 lbs Eyes: grey Blood: O-
Vincent Wang, appearing as a main character in Season 9 of Criminal Case, had been one of two partners assigned to the player during his time as a Senior officer of the Grimsborough Police Department. His second partner, aside from the player, was 20-year Junior officer Quinn Sullivan-Patrick.
Aged 53, Frank had brown medium hair with gray hints, grey eyes and a light stubble. He sported the average Grimsborough PD uniform, with a red tie. His favorite animal were Red Pandas, and his favorite food was barbecue ribs.
Vincent loved to drink and visit bars, and would often take the risk of getting caught drinking at work. In addition, he lacked respect for his superiors, although he himself was a respected detective in the force.
Vincent's goofy side is also still present. Moreover, his boastful nature leads him to occasional goofs, such as misreading Chinese so much he orders dishes completely different from what he figured, or pretending to know how to ride camels only to ridicule himself. Vincent is a playful person and prefers fooling around over having any responsibility. By his own admission, his most hated sentences are "hard work" and "work hard". Vincent has a fairly goofy side and spends half of his cases enjoying having outsmarted his current suspects with incredibly zany schemes, which take his suspects by surprise by how silly said plans are at first sight.
He is aware that Quinn Sullivan-Patrick, his junior partner, has gotten the wrong idea from his teasing. He admits to the player that he doesn't have the guts to tell Quinn that his feelings are parental/platonic.
Final events of Criminal case: the breaking point:
The Good & The Dead:
Vincent turned out to be a loose cannon after he shot Cecilia Greene unwarrantedly, angering Quinn. Quinn shipped Frank back to jail... But soon regretted it as later on, Vincent was found dead in the remains of Grimsborough's city park.
Murder details: Harriet was found near the remains of Grimsborough's city park, with multiple stab wounds. Per Gena's autopsy report, his killer shoved him to the ground and held him by the shoulder to immobilize him while stabbing his torso thirteen times. In doing so, the killer left traces of rosin in Vincent's body (per Gena's findings), which meant that the killer played the fiddle.
In the market, the team found a switchblade. Per Francisco, the blade was a perfect match to the wounds in Vincent's body and per Rosemund, the blood on it was the victim's—thus filing the switchblade as the murder weapon. Rosemund also found traces of stout ale and beef juice in the blood, which meant that the killer ate beef and stout pie.
The killer turned out to be Quinn's girlfriend, Sally Fever. She killed Vincent Wang because he was in the way of her and Quinn's life together. Quinn had to shoot Sally in an act of self-defense, even though she refused to fire her gun. She broke down moments after, realizing how bad things had went for everyone.
